Executed in partnership with Coastal Construction, the milestone marks a new record for the largest residential construction pour in the state of Florida as well as the second largest foundation concrete pour in the nation. Taking place over 36 continuous hours, the pour involved 2,100 truckloads and 20,000 cubic yards of concrete, 2,400 tons of reinforcing steel, and 10 concrete pumps. Chef Todd English is a highly recognized restaurateur, author and television personality best known for his current restaurants, Olives, Figs, and The Pepper Club, his Vegas outpost within The English Hotel, as well as his appearances on Food Network, PBS and popular shows like Top Chef and Iron Chef.
