Highlights include the Amazonica, a blend of Brazilian cachaça, coconut liqueur, and avocado; and Luna Clandestina, which incorporates Bacanora, roasted pineapple, and turmeric.

RosaNegra’s ambiance reflects Grupo RosaNegra’s signature style, combining refined dining with a vibrant, late-night atmosphere. The restaurant spans 13,600 square feet, including a 4,600-square-foot outdoor patio adorned with woven basket chandeliers, lush greenery, and plush seating.
