Bentley Motors, in collaboration with Dezer Development, are set to launch the sales gallery for Bentley Residences Miami, the latest luxury condominium tower headed for Sunny Isles Beach and the first Bentley-branded residential tower in the world. Setting an entirely new standard for luxury living, these two pioneering industry brands have joined forces for one of the most revolutionary, highly-anticipated partnerships in the world of luxury and hospitality.

Bentley Residences Miami will feature 216 exquisitely finished residential units, each embracing an exquisite balance of indoor/outdoor living. Pricing starts at $4.2 million and every unit will encompass an individual balcony swimming pool, unobstructed seascapes, and floor-to-ceiling glass windows seamlessly implemented throughout.

The 12,000 sqft. sales gallery will unveil in January 2022, giving buyers a first-hand glimpse of the private beachfront enclave that will encompass a one-of-a-kind collection of residences. Poised to be nothing short of extraordinary, the sales gallery will feature an actual full-size 6,000 sqft. model unit replica within, establishing this particular sales gallery as the first of its kind for brokers and potential buyers. The Bentley Residences sales gallery will be located at 18325 Collins Avenue.

“Bentley Residences will be a true branding experience from the unseen details to the unique way the buyers will be able to go home. Having four parking spaces adjacent to your unit with a swimming pool is a game-changer,” says President of Dezer Development, Gil Dezer.

Bentley Residences, set to debut in Sunny Isles Beach in 2026, marks the world’s very first Bentley branded luxury residential property. Conceptualized by top U.S property developer, Dezer Development, designed by the world-renowned architectural firm Sieger Suarez Architects - known for their work on Dezer Development’s Porsche Design Tower and Residences by Armani/Casa - the tower will feature uninterrupted views of the ocean and waterways, bringing the beauty of the outdoors into each new home.

The Bentley design team is collaborating with Dezer on the interior and exterior architecture of the building, translating Bentley’s luxury design to the residential experience. Built with luxury car owners in mind, each residence will include an in-unit multi-car garage and a patented car Dezervator alongside all the most desirable luxury amenities and world-class services. Designed by world-renowned architectural firm, Sieger Suarez Architects, the luxury residential tower is designed to appeal to Bentley’s and Dezer Development’s most discerning customers.

As guests drive down the sprawling driveway into the sales gallery, they will be greeted by an abstract, life-size floating speed form Bentley sculpture, which will live outside of the Bentley Residences tower upon completion. Additional information about the Bentley design integration will follow in 2022.

Luxury and hospitality are at the forefront of the Bentley Residences experience. Keeping that in mind, the sales gallery is designed to exude the same magnificence that will be experienced by buyers once the luxury tower is officially launched. The sales gallery will offer a theatre room and separate lounge area for brokers, along with a bar stocked with a range of the finest whisky to entertain clients and host intimate dinners and events for automobile connoisseurs and high-end luxury enthusiasts. Additionally, a Bentley Brand Room will occupy a dedicated area within the gallery, where one of the finest examples of British craftsmanship will be displayed at the center, offering guests an extended experience and information on the brand.

Just minutes from Bal Harbour and Aventura, Sunny Isles Beach is located on a barrier island in Northeast Miami-Dade and borders both the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal waterway. Located at 27 Star Island, the sprawling estate offers history and the ultimate in contemporary living with two distinct homes spanning 25,000 SF of living space on an expansive 40,000 SF waterfront lot.

The first estate built on Star Island in 1924 has hit the market for a record $90 million following an ultra-luxe mega-expansion. Located at 27 Star Island, the sprawling estate offers history and the ultimate in contemporary living with two distinct homes spanning 25,000 square-feet of living space on an expansive 40,000 square-foot waterfront lot. The sale would set a Miami-Date County record which was recently set at the nearby 8/9 Star Island Drive which billionaire hedge fund manager, entrepreneur and investor Ken Griffin purchased for $75 million. Star Island is one of Miami Beach’s most coveted address’ with just 30 waterfront homes in the gated community.

The original home built in 1924 by prominent architect Walter De Garmo is Star Island’s first residence. The structure was picked up and relocated to the South side of the property in 2014 and masterfully restored in a way that embodies the roaring 20’s. The second home is a modern masterpiece overlooking 100 feet of water frontage designed by Starchitect SAOTA and built by Coastal.

“This home is not a spec house, it was built for the owner with no expense spared,” said listing agent Alyssa Morgan with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. “There’s over a quarter of a million dollars worth of acoustic soundproofing and no level changes from interior to exterior for a flush flow that requires a very expensive pedestal drain system. The floors in the original De Garmo residence are restored Miami Dade Pine that are the under water pilings from the original 1924 home.”

Together the residences offer a total of 11 bedrooms plus 12 full and 3 half baths. Features include a Chef’s kitchen with Gulio appliances and 5 cooking methods, elevator, sunset rooftop lounge, and 1,400 bottle wine room. Estate amenities include a waterfront gym, spa with sauna & steam, cold plunge, jacuzzi , massive wraparound pool, office cabana, spa with massage room and hair salon, and new dock with boat lift.

“It’s so special to be able experience the vibe of being in a home with so much history and in one of the most architecturally significant modern homes by SAOTA that really showcases Miami living today - all in one property,” added Morgan.

A team of industry visionaries led by David Hunt Solomon have revealed plans to develop a $25 million state-of-the-art showpiece estate in Miami Beach’s exclusive Venetian Islands. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty top-producer David Hunt Solomon announced that he has brokered and purchased a prime, 10,833-square-foot waterfront lot at 415 East Rivo Alto Drive for $6.959 million, simultaneously revealing steps to transform the east-facing property into a turnkey designer haven under the direction of internationally renowned architects Carlos Prio-Touzet and Jacqueline Gonzalez Touzet from Touzet Studio.

The groundbreaking is scheduled for May of next year, with completion slated for September 2023. Solomon purchased the home through 415 E Rivo Alto Drive, LLC, an entity he manages.

Long considered a hotspot for the global elite, the Rivo Alto enclave is home to a host of high-profile residents, including billionaire entrepreneur Peter Theil and Rialto Capital founder Jeff Krasnoff.

“We are now giving our buyer the opportunity to live next to Miami Beach royalty on the red-hot Venetian Islands -- and within walking distance of Sunset Harbor…all expertly constructed with a mindful, design-driven approach,” said Solomon.

The two-story, 5,349-square-foot home will encompass five bedrooms, six full baths and two half baths, plus staff quarters, and feature landscaping by Mercedes Porcari from Exoticscape & Associates Landscape Architecture. It will additionally have a 500-square-foot two-car garage and 60 feet of waterfront with open bay views of the Standard Hotel and Sunset Harbor.

Details and amenities will include a new seawall; 40,000-pound capacity boat lift; 400-square-foot platform dock; 800 square feet of outdoor deck space; a reinforced concrete folded plate roof; heated swimming pool with waterfall; warm wood accents; terrazzo floors with metal inlay; exterior stone arranged in random ashlar pattern; cast-in-place architectural concrete elements; custom finished aluminum screens; wrought iron railings; water features and beyond. The home is being constructed above base flood elevation, and with its east-facing orientation, the property will capture year-round cool breezes.

“This home will be one-of-a-kind -- an instant draw for well-heeled buyers looking to secure a truly customized, never-before-lived-in residence in one of the world’s most spectacular settings,” added Solomon. “I’m so proud to be building this residence in tandem with Touzet Studio. Our combined insight into what today’s sophisticated, savvy consumers are searching for will be underscored by this stunning retreat. My vision encompasses and combines history, culture, art, music, technology and architecture to build the only authentic home of its kind.”
