December 9, 2021

The Estates at Acqualina, the $1.8 billion residential development located in Miami's Sunny Isles Beach, has announced the sellout of the South Tower featuring 154 exquisite residences ranging from 3,200 to 5,600 square feet. In addition, it will feature two single-family homes and two, two-story penthouses ranging from 6,225 to 9,000 square feet, all with private swimming pools.

The ultra-luxury development is on track with the South Tower completion in the 1st quarter of 2022. There are a limited number of choice residences remaining in the North Tower, which will feature 91 residences when it opens in the 2nd quarter of 2022.

Through an exclusive partnership with one of the world's most celebrated designers, the entrance lobbies in the South and North Towers at The Estates at Acqualina were designed by none other than the late Karl Lagerfeld. Mr. Lagerfeld's design and style will further enhance the grandeur of two of the most important spaces at The Estates.

The Estates at Acqualina will offer 245 luxurious residences from three to seven bedrooms. Villa Acqualina, situated between the North and South Towers, will feature 45,000 square feet of amenities, including the New York-based Avra restaurant, a health and fitness sanctuary called AcquaFit, and Circus Maximus, an entire floor of magical amenities including an ice skating rink, bowling lanes, a golf simulator, a Formula One simulator, a movie theater, and a Wall Street Trader's Club room.

The grounds of The Estates' 5.6 acres will offer lush landscaped gardens, multiple pools, a FlowRider® wave simulator, a basketball court, a bocce court, a dog park, a soccer field, a beachfront restaurant, and five-star beach and pool services. Also available will be a 24-hour valet, 24-hour security services, a full-service resident concierge, and a house Rolls-Royce car.

The Estates benefits from its sister developments, Acqualina Resort & Residences on the Beach and The Mansions at Acqualina. The legendary service by Acqualina Resort & Residences, a Forbes Five Star and AAA Five Diamond Hotel and TripAdvisor's #1 Beachfront Resort in the United States, ensures that The Estates at Acqualina delivers ultimate perfection and a unique experience on every level.

Only a few choice residences are still available in the North Tower. Four and five-bedroom residences from $9.2M to $10.7M. Penthouse prices upon request.
