New Renderings Revealed Of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Pompano Beach

February 10, 2022

Fortune International Group and Oak Capital have revealed new Piero Lissoni-designed interior and new exterior renderings of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Pompano Beach. The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Pompano Beach will be first luxury address in Pompano Beach and the property will offer 205 residences and over 35,000 square feet of resort-style amenities with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway. The highly amenitized property is the first ever to offer two distinct towers, Beach Tower on the pristine sands of Pompano Beach to the east and Marina Tower with an intracoastal experience and private marina to the west, both of which will be complemented by legendary Ritz-Carlton service.

The interiors and landscape design at The Ritz Carlton Residences, Pompano Beach is designed by Piero Lissoni, who is creative director for Alpi, B&B Italia, Boffi, Living Divani, Lema, Lualdi, Porro and Sanlorenzo for whom he also designs an extensive range of products. Recognized as one of the masters of contemporary design, he has worked with many international brands including Alessi, Antrax, Atlas Concorde, B&B Italia, Bonacina1889, Cappellini, Cassina, Cotto, and more. The architectural design is by Revuelta Architecture International.

“The project of Lissoni New York regards the interior of the two residential towers: one facing the ocean and the other overlooking a marina. Maintaining the same language but defined individually to lend a specific character to each building, the aim was to design environments that were comfortable and welcoming and create sophisticated places for relaxation and socialization, introducing a new lifestyle opportunity for the area of Pompano Beach in South Florida.” Said Piero Lissoni.

The 14-story Marina Tower provides an equally stunning location just across the street from Beach Tower, overlooking 250 feet of waterfront between the Intracoastal Waterway and Pompano Beach’s South Ocean Boulevard. The tower offers 88 residences with sunset views, including four penthouses, which range in size from one to four bedrooms, spanning 917 to 3,947 square feet.

The 32-story Beach Tower offers a prime location on the sands of Pompano Beach with 250 feet of ocean frontage on 2.25 acres of land. A selection of 117 oceanfront residences, including two penthouses, range in size from one to five bedrooms, spanning 1,309 to over 6,824 square feet.

“In the east tower (The Beach Tower), the connection and dialogue with the ocean are amplified right from the entrance by the presence of large pools that flank the approach to the reception. The contemporary design defined by pure lines and forms is expressed through natural materials and light colors with touches of rich blue, while in the west tower (The Marina Tower) the hues are slightly darker. The inspirations for both buildings come from the nautical world and from the warm and Mediterranean atmosphere of a yacht club, while the detailed and almost theatrical lighting design is also elemental in cultivating intimate and welcoming environments. Large glazed volumes define the spaces and appear to bring the lush Caribbean nature indoors.” Said Lissoni.

The two towers offer an expansive array of over 35,000 square feet of curated amenity space. The Residences will offer a Marina Yacht Club with a private resident marina, an oceanfront Beach Club, sports courts, tropical pool decks, indoor-outdoor social areas, on-premise dining, and much more to further enhance the overall living experience

“The landscape design is closely tied to the locality and highlights exotic native species that interplay with the clean and linear geometry of the hardscape, producing a sinuous terrain that calls to mind the forms of desert dunes.” Said Lissoni. “Both inside and outside, water is a central element that dialogues continually with the architecture, becoming a part of it and generating pathways and connections in the process.”

Fortune International Sales is the exclusive sales and marketing team for The Residences, with homes priced from $1 million and completion slated for 2025. The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Pompano Beach are located at 1380 S. Ocean Blvd. in Pompano Beach, Florida.
