Vertical construction is advancing at Bentley Residences Miami, the world’s first and only Bentley-branded residential tower, developed by Dezer Development, in collaboration with Bentley Motors. Located at 18401 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, the development has now reached level 7 and continues to rise rapidly, progressing at a pace of approximately one floor every five to six working days. On track for completion in 2028, the 716-foot tower will rank among the tallest oceanfront buildings in the country and will feature 216 residences with amenities including the patented Dezervator car elevator, in-home sky garages, and an exclusive resident-only restaurant led by four-time James Beard award-winning celebrity chef Todd English.
Vertical construction at Bentley Residences also follows the project’s foundation pour led by Coastal Construction, which set the record for the largest residential construction pour in Florida and the second-largest foundation pour in the nation. The achievement underscored the scale and complexity of the development and paved the way for the 62-story tower’s ascent.
“Going vertical is a meaningful milestone for Bentley Residences Miami and a testament to the strength of our vision and execution,” said Gil Dezer, President of Dezer Development. “As the tower rises, we look forward to delivering a truly one-of-a-kind residential experience that reflects the innovation and craftsmanship synonymous with the Bentley brand, while further elevating Sunny Isles Beach as a premier global destination for luxury living.”
Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects in collaboration with Bentley Motors, Bentley Residences offers a luxury lifestyle tailored for the auto-lover and defined by expansive waterfront living, refined craftsmanship, and seamless indoor-outdoor design. Residences tout open-concept floorplans, floor-to-ceiling windows, and private terraces with summer kitchens, with unique features including outdoor showers, private pools on every balcony, and glass-ensconced private sky garages accessible by the building’s signature Dezervator. This patented automobile elevator seamlessly transports residents and their vehicles directly into the in-unit sky garages, redefining privacy and convenience.
Currently available at Bentley Residences are three-bedroom floor plans reflecting Bentley’s hallmark craftsmanship. Anchored by Bentley’s hallmark precision and attention to detail, kitchens are outfitted with state-of-the-art Miele appliances and Italian-designed cabinetry, each offering views directly into the three- to four-car in-home sky garages. Primary bathrooms feature spa-like finishes with soaking tubs, custom vanities, and private sauna rooms. Available inventory begins at $5.8M.
The collection of amenities at Bentley Residences elevates the branded living experience. Residents will also have intimate access to English via private events and exclusive cooking demonstrations. The restaurant will be complemented by 20,000 square feet of resort-style spaces that reflect Bentley’s commitment to sophistication and refined comfort. Related Group and Dezer Development Reveal Ultra-Luxury Penthouses Atop Rosewood Residences Hillsboro Beach
Leading real estate developers Related Group (Related) and Dezer Development, in collaboration with hospitality leader Rosewood, have unveiled the Rosewood Residences Hillsboro Beach penthouse collection along South Florida’s iconic Millionaire’s Mile, the exclusive oceanfront corridor known for its luxury estates and private waterfront living.
Leading real estate developers Related Group (Related) and Dezer Development, in collaboration with hospitality leader Rosewood, have unveiled the Rosewood Residences Hillsboro Beach penthouse collection along South Florida’s iconic Millionaire’s Mile, the exclusive oceanfront corridor known for its luxury estates and private waterfront living. Comprising 15 ultra-luxury residences – including six oceanfront and nine Intracoastal homes – the penthouses will crown the two towers situated between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean, offering buyers the chance to own a premier seaside retreat in the area’s first hospitality-branded condominium.
Priced from $16.5 million, the bespoke penthouse collection reflects the pinnacle of coastal luxury in South Florida. Shaped by Hillsboro Beach’s barrier-island setting and Rosewood’s emphasis on residential comfort, privacy and place, each residence boasts spacious rooftop havens with plunge pools, summer kitchens, lounges and open-air dining spaces.
“Hillsboro Beach is one of the rare places where both ocean and Intracoastal living coexist, making ownership opportunities of this kind exceptionally uncommon,” said Nick Pérez, Principal of Related Group’s Condominium Division. “By partnering with Rosewood, we’ve created a collection of premium penthouse residences that lets buyers choose their preferred waterfront lifestyle. With demand already exceptionally strong, each home is thoughtfully designed for entertaining, relaxing and connecting with the water.”
Located at the top of the two towers, the light-filled penthouse residences unfold across two distinct waterfront vantage points, each offering its own sense of grand scale and perspective. Oceanfront penthouses within the 10-story beachfront tower range from 5,000 to 5,560 square feet, featuring four- and five-bedroom layouts with family rooms and optional service quarters. Intracoastal-facing penthouses top the three-story coastal building, with views of the private marina and surrounding waters. These homes span 3,200 to 6,400 square feet and offer three- to five-bedroom layouts and dens.
Across both collections, 10-foot ceilings and expansive interiors frame sweeping water vistas, creating a feeling of life suspended above the shore. Each residence is a masterclass in refined living, where sunlight washes across herringbone wood floors, sculpted European wood detailing and bespoke kitchens with Italian-sourced cabinetry and countertops alongside Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. Primary suites feature deep soaking tubs, natural stone showers and finished walk-in closets, while thoughtful touches – from integrated espresso and cappuccino systems to makeup vanities – elevate daily life and create a true residential sanctuary.
Curving terraces, ranging from 3,500 to over 6,450 square feet, paired with floor-to-ceiling glass, seamlessly blur the line between indoors and out, highlighting panoramic views of the Atlantic and Intracoastal, providing a private escape above the shoreline.
Envisioned by Arquitectonica with interiors by Studio Piet Boon, Rosewood Residences Hillsboro Beach features just 92 waterfront residences, combining architectural precision with seaside sophistication. Spanning nearly 12 acres, the dual-building enclave offers more than 1,200 feet of combined ocean and Intracoastal frontage, providing residents with a highly sought-after level of scale, privacy and direct access to both shorelines.
Residents enjoy full access to exceptional amenities managed directly by Rosewood, including a light-filled wellness center with a private his-and-hers spa, saunas, Hammam, hydro and cold plunge pools, salon and two state-of-the-art fitness centers.
Active recreation is seamlessly integrated, with tennis, paddle tennis, pickleball, and Bocce courts, complemented by a pro shop, while resort-style oceanfront and sunset pools, direct beach access with attended lounge chairs and a private 14-slip marina anchor the waterfront experience.
Refined dining experiences, including an oceanfront dining space, cocktail bar, breakfast bar and creamery, will be guided by a soon-to-be-announced celebrity chef. Additional resident offerings include a game room, multi-sport simulator and fully appointed guest suites, alongside signature Rosewood concierge services such as residential butlers, 24-hour security and valet, a house car, in-residence dining, catering and home management services.
“Hillsboro Beach is one of South Florida’s most intimate coastal communities, where quaint streets, dual waterfront views and a true sense of privacy make it unlike anywhere else," said Gil Dezer, Principal of Dezer Development. "This penthouse collection was designed for those who want resort-style living without the maintenance of a single-family home as well as those seeking a more expressive waterfront living environment.”
Hillsboro Beach has long been renowned for its understated charm and elegant coastal lifestyle. The barrier island offers pristine beaches, picturesque streetscapes and seamless access to the Intracoastal, where residents can indulge in waterborne pursuits and coastal leisure. Boutique shopping, acclaimed dining and cultural experiences complement the serenity of this exclusive enclave.
Rosewood Residences Hillsboro Beach celebrated its topping-off in February. The first closings for the penthouse collection are anticipated to begin in late 2026.

Inside Gil Dezer's Patented 'Dezervator' Coming To Bentley Residences Miami
Real estate visionary Gil Dezer of Dezer Development, a car collector and aficionado, wanted to offer his buyers at the iconic Porsche Design Tower an amenity that no other tower in the world offered, a car elevator to deliver you and your car to your own private garage in the sky. The patented ‘Dezervator’ was born, and changed the face of ultra-luxury real estate forever.
The ‘Dezervator’ is a one-of-a-kind ultra-luxury car elevator which provide residents with direct access to their apartments inside their cars, offering a seamless and unprecedented lifestyle experience.
“When we started designing the Porsche Design Tower we thought about, what does Porsche have to do with real estate, so we made the building about the car and the car lover. What happened the building became a place for privacy. It is the only building in the world that you can come and go and you do not have to see a valet or security and you have full access to your home the way you would have it in a single family home,” said Gil Dezer who pioneered the “Dezervator’ and developer of Porsche Design Tower and Bentley Residences Miami.
Now, Dezer has teamed up with Bentley Motors for the upcoming Bentley Residences Miami, which is currently under development in Sunny Isles Beach. Scheduled for completion in 2026, the Bentley Residences will boast a four-car garage for each apartment, equipped with space for electric vehicle (EV) charging points. The standout feature of these garages is the state-of-the-art 'Dezervator' lift which will effortlessly transport both cars and passengers from the road to the apartment in a single, smooth motion.
“After completing Porsche Design Tower some of the feedback that we got from our buyers is that they were seeking more in-unit parking as some had larger families, etc. So in Bentley Residences Miami each garage will have parking for 4 cars as well as in-unit electric car charging.” Explained Gil Dezer.
The Bentley Residences will feature four 'Dezervators,' a unique elevator design conceptualized by Bentley's partners at Dezer Development. These elevators can transport cars to the top floor of the 749 ft building using a hydraulic system that securely lifts the car onto a robotic shuttle system. Riding the Dezervator, while seated in your car, offers a one-of-a-kind experience, with glass-enclosed lower floors providing panoramic views of the communal areas.
Each resident will have a personal three or four-car garage within their apartment, complete with EV charging amenities. RFID stickers in residents' cars will trigger a sophisticated lighting system upon arrival, guiding them to the correct Dezervator without any manual intervention.
“Every unit features the patented Dezervator system which takes you and your car up to your apartment where your car sits right in your garage a few steps from your front door. No other building in the world offers that amenity. You walk straight from your garage into your apartment, into the foyer, which overlooks the swimming pool on every single balcony and the ocean beyond.”
Bentley Motors and Dezer Development joined forces in 2021 to bring to life the first-ever Bentley-branded residences. Spanning an impressive 61 stories, each exquisitely finished apartment will offer breathtaking bay and ocean views. Prospective residents can now take a virtual reality tour to explore the Bentley Residences firsthand, experiencing the unique journey via the 'Dezervator' lift up to the in-unit garages. The Sales Gallery, which opened in 2022 in Sunny Isles Beach, Miami, is also open for those local to the area, showcasing a full-size 6,000 sqft model unit furnished by Bentley Home.
With prices starting from $4.2 million, Bentley Residences Miami promises a lifestyle of unparalleled luxury, seamlessly blending Bentley's automotive excellence with the epitome of high-end living.

Bentley Residences, the first-ever Bentley-branded residential tower in the world, will partner with four-time James Beard award-winning celebrity chef Todd English to curate the menu and experience for the project’s private restaurant concept which will only be open to residents of the ultra-luxury condo tower. Chef Todd English is a highly recognized restaurateur, author and television personality best known for his current restaurants, Olives, Figs, and The Pepper Club, his Vegas outpost within The English Hotel, as well as his appearances on Food Network, PBS and popular shows like Top Chef and Iron Chef. The private restaurant by Todd English will be the chef’s first private condominium concept, set to feature fresh cuisine and offer residents a casual, yet sophisticated environment.
“Bringing in the culinary expertise of a world-renowned chef such as Todd English further elevates the sense of living we are creating for our residents,” said Gil Dezer, President of Dezer Development. “Bentley Residences will deliver a coveted level of exclusivity and privacy while incorporating luxuries ordinarily found in a five-star resort, like this above and beyond culinary concept.”
Located on the lobby level with views of the resort-style pool and exposures of the ocean, the private restaurant will be open to residents for breakfast, lunch and dinner and available for private catering as well as poolside dining. Chef Todd English will personally appear at the private restaurant for select resident-only events, such as food and wine pairings and demonstrations. The menus will rotate seasonally, and a curated menu will also be available for in-residence dining. Known for his interpretation of rustic Mediterranean cuisine, English first rose to international fame after being named “National Rising Star Chef” in 1991 by the James Beard Foundation. His incredible talent and personability will inform the dining experience and ensure a personalized touch during every meal.
“Every aspect of Bentley Residences has been so thoughtfully designed to perfection and I’m incredibly honored for this opportunity to partner with Gil Dezer and further elevate the luxurious lifestyle through unique culinary creations for residents,” said Todd English. “We're excited to provide a curated experience with rotating seasonal menus that will make dining at Bentley Residences a joy for residents and their guests.”
Featuring interiors by Bentley Motors, this private culinary experience will be one-of-a-kind, only to be enjoyed by the residents and their welcomed guests. Many of the fabrics and materials incorporated into the design of the dining spaces were inspired by high-end luxury Bentley vehicles, creating a connection and link to the prestigious automobile brand. For example, the high-gloss flooring is a nod to Bentley’s signature diamond patterning, which is also featured on the exterior architecture of the building. The interiors of the private restaurant combine a dark color palette and bold finishes for an upscale moody aesthetic. Forest green backlit banquettes create a sense of privacy within the room, and dramatic louvers cladding the walls give the space an air of drama. Ample bar seating is also available for a more relaxed and casual dining experience.
As Chef Todd English’s first private restaurant, the offering will benefit from his decades of experiences launching some of the world’s most successful concepts. Not only does he have high-recognition for his food, English has also been seen on a number of television shows such as The Food Network’s Opening Soon, Iron Chef, Top Chef, Today Show, and Food Trip with Todd English. Additionally, he has also served as Executive Celebrity Chef for star-studded events including the Super Bowl, Fashion Week, Tony Awards & Sundance Film Festival.
In addition to the resident-only restaurant, Bentley Residences will also boast an impressive 20,000 square feet of exclusive amenities across the span of three levels. Some of which amenities include a whiskey and cigar lounge, wellness and revitalization spa, cinema, cabanas, and oceanfront beauty salon. Amongst the most impressive amenities is the car elevator, also named the Dezervator, which is able to transport residents’ vehicles from the ground floor up to the privacy of their own home all without having to get out of the car. The Dezervator along with the glass-ensconced garage allows for residents to keep their prized cars in pristine condition and on display in their living rooms.
