A series of social and wellness amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center, yoga and stretch studios, an infrared sauna, co-working spaces, a screening room, and a pickleball court that doubles as a disco room. Juvia Group To Open Rooftop Restaurant at The Standard Residences, Midtown Miami

A new rooftop restaurant and bar concept by Juvia Group called Solana' will be opening at The Standard Residences, Midtown Miami. The collaboration between Rosso Development, Standard International, Midtown Development, and Juvia Group aims to provide a unique dining experience for the project's buyers and residents in the Midtown area. Construction is already underway at the first of its kind pied-à-terre-style building which is near topping off.

“Our inspiration was the 1951 Maison Tropicale by Jean Prouvé. When we suggested it to Jonas he felt mesmerized and immediately embraced the idea,” added Rosso. “Tropical architecture at its best.”
