Mr. C Hotel & Residences West Palm Beach is the fastest-selling new development in West Palm Beach having surpassed 85% in sales. The project, slated for 2027 completion, also began vertical construction this year. Mr. C Hotel & Residences West Palm Beach is part of the prominent Mr. C luxury hospitality, hotel, and residential brand created by brothers Ignazio and Maggio Cipriani and is being developed by Terra, a prominent real estate development company in South Florida, and Sympatico, a Palm Beach-based firm owned by the Morrison family.

“With residences more than 85% sold, we’re seeing strong buyer response to a lifestyle centered on hospitality-driven service, thoughtful design, and walkability,” said David Martin, CEO of Terra. “With vertical construction well underway, the project is leading the neighborhood’s evolution into a true residential destination and setting a new standard for luxury living in downtown West Palm Beach.”

Designed by renowned architecture firm Arquitectonica, with interiors by award-winning design studio Meyer Davis, the 27-story development will feature 110 hotel suites and 146 branded residences, which include a collection of turnkey, move-in-ready resort residences. The project is the first condominium building of its caliber in the city center, and introduces a new standard of living through Mr. C’s signature blend of hospitality, design, and service.

“The West Palm Beach project’s success reflects the continued strength and global recognition of the Mr. C brand, particularly among buyers seeking a more refined, service-oriented approach to luxury living,” said Andrea Martucci, COO of Mr. C Hotels & Residences. “Rooted in its hospitality legacy, Mr. C delivers a level of sophistication, consistency, and personal attention that resonates deeply with today’s discerning buyer. West Palm Beach represents an exciting next chapter for the brand as we continue expanding into premier lifestyle destinations.”

Founded by Ignazio and Maggio Cipriani, the fourth generation of a globally recognized hospitality family, the Mr. C Hotels & Residences projects offer a modern interpretation of classic European elegance. The brand debuted in 2011 with the first Mr. C Hotel in Beverly Hills and has since expanded to Miami, Dubai, West Palm Beach, and Boca Raton. Mr. C Hotel & Residences West Palm Beach serves as the brand's first venture into Palm Beach County.

Designed with an emphasis on proportion, flow, and natural light, the residences at Mr. C West Palm Beach offer a modern take on coastal living. Open layouts and expansive windows frame views of the Intracoastal Waterway and city skyline, while refined finishes, premium materials, and subtle design details create interiors that feel both relaxed and intentional. Amenities bring Mr. C’s signature hospitality into daily life, including a garden-level lap pool with private cabanas, poolside bar and lounge, fully equipped fitness center with dedicated yoga, pilates, and Peloton rooms, and a signature spa with steam and sauna. Additional offerings include a library, business lounge, Little C’s Outdoor Playground, private elevators, and curated art throughout shared spaces. The fourth-generation Cipriani brothers added their own twist to the culinary tradition started by Giuseppe Cipriani Sr. in 1931 for the food and beverage amenities, which include Bellini Restaurant, Bellini Café, in-residence dining options, and a private members' lounge called Bellini Rooftop.

“We’ve seen exceptional momentum from buyers who recognize both the rarity and long-term value of residential living in downtown West Palm Beach,” said Jay Phillip Parker, CEO of Brokerage for Douglas Elliman's Florida Region and President of Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, Florida. “Mr. C will be the first condominium of its caliber in one of West Palm Beach’s fastest-evolving neighborhoods, centrally located near leading cultural institutions, premier retail and dining, and the city’s expanding office corridor. That walkability, combined with Mr. C’s signature hospitality-driven lifestyle, continues to attract both local and out-of-state buyers seeking a seamless, turnkey living experience.”

A highly personalized service experience is led by a professional hospitality team offering housekeeping, pet care, in-home dining, package handling, and travel coordination. Residents arrive via a private porte-cochere with 24-hour valet and front desk services, while a wellness-focused concierge supports personal training, spa treatments, nutrition, and beauty services. Event planning and food and beverage coordination further extend the brand’s thoughtful approach to everyday living.

Mr. C Hotel & Residences West Palm Beach is slated for a 2027 completion.

Mr. C Residences Coconut Grove Reveals New Amenities Design By Meyer Davis And Arquitectonica

Mr. C Residences Coconut Grove has revealed the next phase of amenity offerings with a brand-new rooftop pool deck and bar, billiards library and lounge space. The new spaces are inspired by the iconic glamour of 1950s Italian Riviera and Miami’s distinctive interpretation of Art Deco and are designed by Meyer Davis and Arquitectonica

Mr. C Residences Coconut Grove has revealed the next phase of amenity offerings with a brand-new rooftop pool deck and bar, billiards library and lounge space. The new spaces are inspired by the iconic glamour of 1950s Italian Riviera and Miami’s distinctive interpretation of Art Deco. Designed by Meyer Davis and Arquitectonica, the additions will elevate the already-luxurious residences amid a buyer shift that expects fully equipped personal sanctuaries from their future homes.

“We are excited to unveil our design for the new amenities, alongside such an esteemed team of creative minds. As inspiration, we combined Mr. C’s lifestyle and the boldness of Miami with our refined design sensibility and attention to detail. The quality, palette and aesthetic of the new additions are bar none,” says Will Meyer, co-founder of Meyer Davis.

The secluded rooftop pool deck features views of the city and bay, complimentary towel service, a private Bellini bar and pool lounge. The design has an inherent connection to water, the culture of sailing and boating as well as the natural beauty of Coconut Grove. Blue hues dominate between the water and sky, while green is incorporated through foliage. Warm bronze-toned mullions are a nod to the highly polished wood of luxury yachts. Rooftop elements are architecturally designed with sweeping curvilinear gestures that address long-distance clarity, while offering access to both sun and shade.

A new generation of high-design, comfy lounge seating and cutting-edge collaboration is brought together in an inviting setting for the new billiards library. The amenity exhibits Mr. C’s signature style as a contemporary take on Old World sophistication and modern comfort infused with the maritime tradition of Coconut Grove. With navy blue, light cream and wooden tones running through the space, the billiards feature private offices, a board room, pool tables and seating areas. The area highlights floor-to-ceiling windows, giving the design elements an impeccable view as the backdrop.

Design continuity carries over from the billiards to the casual lounge with color scheme, rich materials, finishes and master craftsmanship throughout both spaces. The shared social space calls for relaxing, hosting dinner parties or working and connects to nature with a communal outdoor balcony and patio.

The project broke ground on July 2020 and is being developed by Terra, led by David Martin, and fourth generation Cipriani brothers, Ignazio and Maggio, Co-Founders of the Mr. C brand. The 20-story tower, located at 2655 S. Bayshore Drive, will mark the first-ever, large-scale residential project for the Mr. C brand, introducing a new level of residential living that will complement Coconut Grove’s appeal as a thriving residential, restaurant, and commercial neighborhood. Sales at Mr. C Residences launched in February 2020 led by Douglas Elliman. Units are priced from the low $600,000’s to over $5 million.

The Arquitectonica-designed luxury, high-rise with interiors designed by international designer Meyer Davis, is comprised of 118 sophisticated residences ranging in size from one to five bedrooms, spanning 650 to 3,645 square feet. Inspired by the Mr. C brand, interiors reflect maritime influences with laminated wood paneling and nautical blues and touches of Miami’s vibrant scene. Residential units feature open floor plans, 11-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, private terraces, and custom Italian design influences.

The lifestyle-driven development features an expansive list of amenities including a signature Mr. C Café, specialty gourmet marketplace, wellness lounge and juice bar, private Bellini Bar on the pool deck, in-home delivery from the Mr. C Café, butler service and nautical concierge services. An entire floor is dedicated to body-and-mind wellness spaces, from whole-body fitness zones with personal trainers and specialty classes to a signature spa with treatments rooms, indoor yoga, Peloton studio, steam and sauna rooms, as well as poolside and cabana services. Other highlights include pool bar and event lounge, garden-level lap pool, billiard rooms, library and screening lounge, Little C’s Learning and Adventure Lab, teen game rooms and business lounge with meeting rooms.

5. DON PEEBLES ANNOUNCES THE RELAUNCH OF THE ULTRA-PRIVATE MEMBERSHIP ONLY BATH CLUB MIAMI BEACH

In November South Florida real estate scion Don Peebles announced the relaunch of the swanky, ultra-private membership only Bath Club. Dating back to the Jazz age of the early 1920s, The Bath Club Miami Beach was the first established social club in the Southeast, which flaunted A-list members such as President Herbert Hoover, Pierre Cartier, William Vanderbilt II and William Boeing. During its heyday, the Club’s highly selective membership and privileged beach culture denied access to African Americans and Jewish people. Fast forward to 1999, entrepreneur Don Peebles, the first African American member, goes on to purchase the property, and now announces big plans to open a new, ‘exclusively inclusive’ club with an atmosphere welcoming of all ethnicities, cultures and lifestyles.
