New York City-based Fisher Brothers, a fourth-generation real estate company that owns, manages and operates unique spaces across the country, has topped off Wynhouse Miami, a mixed-use multifamily development in the heart of Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood. This construction milestone, completed by national contractor Suffolk, brings the project one step closer to opening its doors in Q1 2025. Rising eight stories, Wynhouse Miami will deliver 308 rental residences, approximately 26,000 square feet of ground floor retail and paseo space and nearly 25,000 square feet of expansive indoor and outdoor amenities.
“We are incredibly excited to have achieved this important milestone and be on track to deliver our innovative vision for Wynhouse Miami in this vibrant neighborhood early next year,” said Winston Fisher, Partner at Fisher Brothers. “Wynhouse Miami is the most exciting project yet in Fisher Brothers’ House brand, which will bring a unique character designed to match and enhance the existing culture, history and energy of Wynwood. We look forward to the next phase of bringing Wynhouse Miami to life and finalizing its multitude of amenities and artistic details.”
“Today’s achievement celebrates a monumental step in our collaboration with Fisher Brothers to transform Wynhouse Miami from an idea into reality,” said Jay Fayette, President, Suffolk Florida East Coast. “Our industry-leading approach to construction and sophisticated technologies have made the construction of this unique mixed-use building seamless. We look forward to completing this project throughout the year and opening the doors for the Wynwood community to enjoy.”
“Witnessing the activity on-site at Wynhouse Miami and celebrating this construction milestone is incredibly exciting, said Manny Gonzalez, Executive Director of the Wynwood Business Improvement District. “Fisher Brothers has made a dedicated effort to ensure that this new development reflects the spirited nature of the Wynwood district, and I can’t wait to see the next phase of the project come to life.”
Located at 2200 NW First Avenue, this highly-amenitized mixed-use building will transform the thriving Wynwood neighborhood with striking public art across its facade and two public passageways, known as paseos, that will invite pedestrians to engage with everything the building has to offer, including the community spaces and ground-floor retail.
Wynhouse Miami’s residences range from 474 to 1,405 square feet and feature a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom floorplans, along with select penthouse units. Designed by ID & Design International (IDDI), the units’ interiors will feature neutral tones and bold, colorful accents to complement the artistic, diverse community of Wynwood.
Wynhouse Miami is Fisher Brothers’ latest multifamily development within its House brand, a collection of highly-amenitized, design-forward properties built to complement the existing fabric of the neighborhood Earlier projects completed as part of the House brand include House 39, which features 297 residences in the Murray Hill neighborhood of New York City, and Station House, which offers 378 apartments in Northeast Washington DC. Wynhouse Miami represents Fisher Brothers’ longstanding commitment to delivering innovative, thoughtful residential developments and is reflective of the firm’s active expansion to key markets throughout the U.S.
In recent years, the Wynwood neighborhood has transformed into an energetic hub featuring captivating street art and brimming with mystery as it is filled with hidden entrances, surprising corridors and a network of connected alleyways. Building architect Nichols Architects incorporated these elements as the starting point for the design of Wynhouse Miami. In the next phase of construction, Nichols Architects’ conscientious exploration of Wynwood’s existing culture and rich history will come to life in the completion of Wynhouse Miami.
Located on the lobby, second floor and roof, the building’s indoor and outdoor amenities were designed by award-winning interdisciplinary architecture and design firm Rockwell Group to compliment the lively cultural scene in Wynwood and provide active spaces to enhance the residential experience. Residents will be greeted by an eclectic and artistic lounge as soon as they enter through the lobby. The second floor will provide a lawn area, fitness center, co-working lounge with meeting and individual conference rooms, entertainment lounge, creative lounge and expo kitchen, all of which are connected by a multi-story, indoor-outdoor courtyard that will be decorated with planters and seating to create a tranquil space for residents. Take a ride on the wild side at The Rider at Wynwood, Miami-based Rilea Group’s latest high-end condominium located in Miami’s Wynwood district, the city’s most exhilarating neighborhood. Located at 94 NE 29th Street, the 12-story, 146 turnkey-unit boutique building breaks the boundaries of everyday living with an atmosphere rich in rock-n-roll history and an amenity collection that’s equal parts rest and rebellion. Delivering the ultimate indulgence of all – freedom – buyers can rent out their units either short-term or long-term without rental restrictions and enjoy prime connectivity with the upcoming Brightline’s high-speed rail stop just steps from the building. Construction of the development, led by general contractor Coastal Construction, will begin later this year, with delivery slated in late 2026.
The Rider at Wynwood delivers today's jetsetters and investors the ultimate riff for living on their own terms. Owners will have the option of full- or part-time living, with the ability to rent out their fully furnished units on the platform of their choosing like Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, etc., or take advantage of The Rider at Wynwood’s in-house rental management service.
Short-term rentals have grown increasingly popular in South Florida in recent years. During the pandemic, between 2021 and 2022, some 58.9 million overnight visitors spent $13.8 billion on vacation rentals in Florida, Oxford Economics said in an economic impact study. Additionally, according to a recent report by Chamber of Commerce, the average daily rate for short-term rentals in Miami is among the 10-highest markets in the U.S.
The Rider at Wynwood is the brainchild of Rilea Group, and will follow the success of the firm’s sold-out, luxury condominium The Bond on Brickell; 1450 Brickell Office Tower, home to J.P. Morgan’s headquarters; One Broadway luxury apartment tower; and the Sabadell Financial Center – all set within Miami’s sought-after Brickell Financial District, nicknamed “Wall Street South.”
“As a proud member of the Wynwood Business Improvement District, I have the unique privilege of witnessing the remarkable evolution of this dynamic neighborhood first-hand,” said Diego Ojeda, President of Rilea Group. “The growth and transformation of Wynwood is not just about the development of new buildings; it's about creating a vibrant community that reflects the innovative spirit of Miami. The upcoming Brightline station, situated just 85 yards from The Rider at Wynwood site, symbolizes the exciting future ahead.”
The Rider at Wynwood will serve as a launchpad into Miami’s trendiest communities, located at the crossroads of Wynwood, Midtown and Design District, with easy access to I-95. Residents will also be able to walk to Wynwood’s upcoming Brightline station, set to rise just one block away on 27th Street and connecting riders to a new regional transportation system with access to popular destinations including Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, West Palm Beach, Orlando, and more – car-free. When the desire to ride in style strikes, owners and guests can also utilize The Rider at Wynwood’s fleet of in-house Harley Davidson motorcycles, vespas, and electric bicycles along with 24-hour valet service, EV charging stations, and a parking garage.
“This development is more than a milestone for us at Rilea Group; it represents a pivotal moment for Wynwood. The upcoming Brightline station will enhance connectivity and accessibility, making it even easier for residents and visitors to explore several of our state’s major cities. We are thrilled to be at the heart of Wynwood's ongoing transformation and to contribute to its future as a leading destination for culture, creativity, and community," added Ojeda.
When at home, residents and guests will be captivated by an ambiance that pays homage to the icons of the music industry, immortalized via a curated collection of famous 1970s-era rock photography from Morrison Hotel Gallery, Iconic Images and Modern Rocks Gallery in the common areas and amenity spaces.
Through the building, each floor tells a different story of decadence and defiance. Start the day at the ground-floor “Ready, Set, Café” in the lobby and then press play on AC/DC and hit the gym, complete with state-of-the-art Pelotons, training mirrors, and Technogym equipment. Get ready for your close-up at the “Backstage” beauty room, outfitted for hair, makeup, and nail services; pamper your pet too at the “Doggy Style” pet spa. Chill out at “The Vinyl” hi-fi listening room with a state-of-the-art sound system and an epic collection of classic records to comb through. Then, ascend to the crown jewel of The Rider at Wynwood, the rooftop pool deck, home to a resort-style pool overlooking the city as well as a standout restaurant and speakeasy bar that will be accessible from the ground level via a direct private elevator through a side entrance. The following day, be sure to visit the “The Reset” room to enhance one’s well-being, with multiple cold plunge pools, infrared saunas, and IV therapy – ensuring that you can keep living like a rockstar.
With prices ranging from the $600,000s to upwards of $1.8 million, The Rider at Wynwood will offer fully furnished studios, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom residences, with select floorplans featuring dens and half baths, measuring between 511 and 1,612 square feet in size.
Leading The Rider at Wynwood’s sales and marketing efforts is Cervera Real Estate, one of the most prominent residential brokerage firms in South Florida and the Americas.
“The Rider at Wynwood will be more than a striking condo building,” said Alicia Cervera Lamadrid, Managing Partner of Cervera Real Estate. “It will capture the spirit of Wynwood, offering buyers the opportunity to live, play, and go – as they see fit, when they see fit – with all the convenience of the new Brightline station immediately adjacent to the property.”
Each turn-key residence will come complete with open living areas, gourmet kitchens with elegant Italian Bertazonni appliances, Dekton by Cosentino countertops, spa-inspired primary baths with Porcelanosa fixtures, smart home technology with keyless entry, all glass balconies and impact windows. The aesthetic will be a continuation of the building’s interior, with rich hues, bold fabrics and a distinct sexy glamour that will embody the legendary spirit of the 1970s.
The Rider at Wynwood is designed by Deforma Studio, a Miami-based architecture firm that just completed Bella Isla, a luxury waterfront multifamily development adjacent to The Standard Spa, Miami Beach. The Rider at Wynwood will combine the feel of Chicago’s industrial gritty aesthetic and the exposed brick, steel, and concrete found in New York’s SoHo and Meat Packing Districts with Miami’s vibrant Wynwood artistic flavor. Adorning the building’s façade and interiors will be various commissioned murals and graffiti art from renowned international artists.
The Rider at Wynwood’s innovative interior design concepts are the creation of RADYCA, whose museums, pavilions, private residences, mega-yachts, and private jets have won countless awards around the world since the firm’s founding in Mexico City. RADYCA is also behind The Bond, Rilea Group’s most recent luxury condominium development on Brickell Avenue.
With 15 million visitors a year, according to the Wynwood Business Improvement District, Wynwood is often dubbed Miami’s “coolest” neighborhood. It acts as a captivating canvas, beckoning artists to leave their marks in the form of iconic murals and vibrant street art that has resulted in a collaborative collection of not just art, but also standout stores, restaurants, entertainment and more in an area that was once just warehouses. Recognizing the electrifying atmosphere and how it fuels innovation, tech titans have chosen to open up shop in the district, now home to blue chip tenants such as Spotify, Live Nation, TikTok’s parent company, Gensler Architecture, Sony Music and more.
Rilea Group is also developing the adjacent property to The Rider at Wynwood - Mohawk at Wynwood, a 12-story, 300-unit multifamily development with 31,000 square feet of ground-floor retail located at 56 NE 29th Street.

Palm Beach County’s newest luxury residential community and private golf club, Panther National, has broken ground on a Portrush Custom Estate (Lot 55). Spanning 9,263 square feet, the estate will feature five bedrooms, five and a half baths, and a four-car garage. Designed by Brenner Architecture Group and constructed by Ellish Builders, a Boca Raton-based custom home builder, the Portrush is among a selection of one- and two-story Custom Estate floorplans available to buyers.
Throughout the community, Ellish Builders will partner with Brenner Architecture Group on the half-acre custom homesites and with Affiniti Architects on the one-acre custom homesites, or any architect of the owner's preference. Ellish Builders joins Willoughby Construction as the preferred builders selected by the Panther National team to build on property, ensuring the Custom Estate collection will compliment the Signature Estate homes designed by renowned Miami architect Max Strang and built by WillStrong Construction and Development.
“Ellish Builders has been carefully tracking the progress of Panther National from its infancy because we knew that this development offered precisely the kind of product that luxury buyers have been looking for in South Florida,” says Matt Ellish, President of Ellish Builders. “Our commitment to extraordinary quality and craftsmanship is unmatched and we will guarantee personal attention to each Custom Estate homeowner so that every detail is well executed and delivered to their liking.”
In addition to the Portrush Custom Estate home, there are currently several Signature Estate homes in various stages of construction at Panther National and are expected to be delivered in late 2024. Domus Brickell Park Now Over 50% Sold As Developer Converts Reservations to Contracts
Domus Brickell Park has converted reservations to contracts, with over 50% of the 171 residential units sold, including its sole commercial space. The project is being developed by North Development, a strategic joint-venture between experienced Miami developer Ricardo Dunin’s Oak Capital and Edifica, one of the largest developers and builders in Peru.
Sales of Domus Brickell Park, which launched less than a year ago, now total more than $55 million, with the first commissions to realtors fully paid and the project’s groundbreaking slated for the end of Q1.
Located at 1611 SW 2nd Avenue, in Miami’s Brickell Financial District, Domus Brickell Park is the first offering within the developer’s Domus FLATS (Flexible Apartments for Temporary Stays) portfolio. Delivery is on track for the 2025 winter season, with remaining available units ranging from the $500,000’s to $1.2 million, and from 330 square feet to 947 square feet.
“This is a major milestone – a defining moment punctuated by tremendous marketplace demand,” said Dunin, Founding Partner of North Development. “We have taken our collective decades of experience in high-touch hospitality and exclusive branded condominium residences to reimagine the outdated condo-hotel concept through this new and innovative form. The subsequent interest has been overwhelming, as evidenced by these results.”
Designed by Zyskovich Architects, the 12-story Domus Brickell Park comprises 171 fully-furnished studio, one and two-bedroom condominium residences, each complemented by a palpable sense of home – from private balconies and keyless entry smart lock systems to premium appliances, finishes, and in-unit washers and dryers. Adding to its distinction is the building’s robust array of amenities, which include a 4,200-square-foot central gathering space, a café with baristas, a wine bar with a covered terrace, a gourmet market, lush garden lounge, state-of-the-art gym, steam room, rooftop pool deck, cabanas with daybeds, a hot tub, and a bike share program.
A major component of the Domus FLATS model involves operating efficiencies, which will help reduce owners’ costs -- a direct reflection of the developers’ deep-seated experience in hospitality. For instance, the property will have high-profile, senior-level hotel management oversight. Even the 24-hour valet service will be spearheaded by a company with longstanding ties to luxury hotels across the U.S.
Domus will also implement a reservations platform at par with major hotels, airlines, and other booking services, facilitating ease of access to reservations for prospective guests. The Domus App will allow for seamless check-ins, room and elevator access, and numerous other services and benefits; but there will also be a 24/7 concierge on-site for those guests who would like support at check-in -- or during any part of their stay.
“There is simply no concept quite like Domus FLATS,” said Juan Carlos Tassara, cofounder of Edifica. “Buyers will be able to enjoy the property, and when they choose to rent their units, guests will benefit from a brand conceived not as a condominium, but a hotel. This encourages future business and stability for owners.”
Furthering the project’s draw is the involvement of Domus Management, a subsidiary of North Development that was specifically created to service Domus-branded projects. Domus Management has decades of industry experience, with its partners having developed of some of the world's most celebrated hotels, including the iconic Le Sereno Hotel in St. Barth. Resultantly, just like in a luxury hotel, Domus Brickell Park will mean consistency of product, efficiency, and professionalism, which will translate to a much more robust, short-term rental process for the unit’s owners, as Domus is designed to achieve repeat guests.
“There is no doubt that the differential advantage is our deep-rooted hospitality experience,” concluded Dunin. “It’s an absolute win-win for the unit owners, as well as the individuals to whom they will ultimately rent.”

The restaurateur is working alongside James Beard Foundation award-winner Michelle Bernstein who is marking her debut in the realm of residential restaurants. She is behind acclaimed projects like Café La Trova, Sweet Liberty, Michy’s Chicken Shack and the highly anticipated Sra. Martinez re-opening in Coral Gables this year.
“It's extremely special to collaborate with visionaries like Jeffrey, David, and Russell, especially in such a beautiful setting,” said Bernstein. “An on-site residential restaurant allows us to really embrace and create a longstanding relationship with our clientele. More than ever, we want our guests to feel at home – we will know their specific tastes, favorites and special orders."
Inspired by Five Park’s waterfront location and 360-degree water views, Bernstein's menu promises an array of seasonal flavors with a selection of approachable yet sophisticated dishes. From delectable snacks and appetizers to refreshing salads and standout main courses, residents can savor signature dishes such as Moroccan spiced crab cakes, hamachi crudo, black bean burgers, and spaghetti cacio e pepe. The restaurant, surrounded by lush greenery and vibrant florals, offers indoor and outdoor dining, accommodating on-the-go orders or large gatherings set against the Miami sunset. The rotating menus will be curated to seamlessly transition from day to night, with service extending to the pool deck.
“Food is such an integral part of today’s residential experience,” said David Martin, CEO of Terra. “We’re very proud to be partnering with Michelle and Jeffrey, who possess a unique and heightened understanding of consumer needs. Their expertise extends far beyond traditional hospitality; we sought partners who also have a grasp on the behind-the-scenes of crafting and sustaining a comprehensive food and beverage concept.”
Five Park has recently completed construction and is on track for delivery this year. The landmark project features a striking 48-story tower and the adjacent Canopy Park, a backyard community oasis spanning three acres.
Five Park features over 50,000 square feet of amenities including the Canopy Club, which spans 40,000 square feet perched atop the tower offering sophisticated social spaces, including a private dining room, jewel box bar and lounge, living rooms, library, den, outdoor terraces, wellness and fitness areas. The Park Club amenity deck, which is an addition to the restaurant, features an expansive pool and café terrace with covered cabanas, loungers and intimate social spaces. Inside, residents can enjoy a fully outfitted gym, spa treatment rooms, co-working spaces with private offices and board rooms, screening rooms and more. The development also includes the construction of a 158-foot-long enclosed bridge designed by French conceptual artist Daniel Buren. The Canopy Bridge connects Five Park’s site to the South of Fifth neighborhood for the first time.
