President Donald Trump’s daughter and son-in-law, Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner, have reportedly signed a lease at ARTE by Antonio Citterio in Surfside, developed by Alex Sapir and Giovanni Fasciano. The news comes as President Trump leaves the White House for his nearby Mar-A-Lago estate in Palm Beach. Ivanka Trump and Kushner acquired a property for $32 million in December 2020 on Indian Creek Island, an ultra-exclusive billionaire bunker enclave adjacent to Surfside. The Sapir Organization has close ties to the Trump Organization as the pair developed the Trump Soho in partnership with Bayrock, a hotel condominium in Manhattan’s Hudson Square neighborhood which was completed in 2008.
