This limited 70-home collection represents Brickell’s highest level of luxury, featuring sweeping views stretching from the Miami city skyline to the Bay toward Miami Beach, and sets a new price-per-square-foot record in the area with Penthouse 1, the first of six penthouses, listing for $3,333 per square foot. Cipriani Residences Miami is being developed by Mast Capital expected to be completed in 2026.
As the crowned jewel of Cipriani Residences Miami, the Canaletto Collection will offer a boutique experience to residents that includes priority access to the tower’s private speakeasy and dining spaces, exclusive global concierge services and custom finish and furniture packages designed by international renowned design firm 1508 London. The collection will also feature direct elevator entry and a limited number of residences per floor appealing to discrete residents who prioritize privacy.
“We’re thrilled to introduce the Canaletto Collection, an exclusive number of homes atop the building, offering ultimate privacy, inspiring views, and custom 1508-designed furniture packages to create a living experience like no other,” said Camilo Miguel, Jr., CEO and Founder of Mast Capital. “The luxury of living in a building of this caliber, in conjunction with the exclusive finishes, services and concierge offered, make this one-of-a-kind collection the most aspirational residences in the Brickell area.”
Within the Canaletto Collection there will be six penthouses, each of which exude the high caliber design associated with the Cipriani brand. Penthouse 1 is among the first to hit the market, priced at $16.2 million, or $3,333 per square foot. Spanning 4,888 square feet of interior space and 4,333 square feet of outdoor terrace, the home features four bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms and includes a summer kitchen and infinity-edge swimming pool. Pricing for the penthouses starts at $9.5 million and combined indoor-outdoor square footage starts at 4,771.
The Canaletto Collection’s two- to five-bedroom residences offer an unrivaled living experience, boasting thoughtful, streamlined design customizations from whole home automation systems to book-matched marble in the primary bathrooms. Starting at $3.65 million, 1508 London envisioned upgraded finishes that uphold the prestigious aesthetic of the Cipriani brand and complement the expansive water views. In the great room, high-gloss Canaletto wood wraps the rounded columns – a prominent, exclusive feature that inspired the name of the collection and come standard. New Calacatta marble is an option for counters and backsplashes to grace the chef’s kitchen, and expanded wood millwork creates beautiful bookshelves and casings for storage and design displays. The residences will also come fully wired to house a Lutron home automation system that will ultimately allow residents to control all electronic aspects of their home, such as lighting, security systems and audio.
The exclusive opportunities for further customization options differentiate the Canaletto Collection. 1508 London has designed custom furniture and accessories for the homes, as well as curated two upgraded, for-purchase interior packages for its residents – the ‘Tradizionale’, the signature Cipriani style, and a more contemporary one, the ‘Contemporaneo’. The upgrades offered include book-matched stone in the primary bathroom and built-in illuminated cabinet framing the primary bathroom vanity. Specific to the penthouses, exclusive interior architecture packages include wall coverings and paneling, ceiling detailing, custom millwork, stone portals, and metal joinery.
Residents of the Canaletto Collection will also have an array of dedicated services and benefits at their disposal. A speakeasy on the 37th floor inspired by the original Harry’s Bar in Venice will offer them priority access, while a dedicated Cipriani concierge is at their disposal to coordinate direct reservations and inquiries as well as provide bespoke services and accommodations around the world. The lifestyle has been carefully curated to build upon the tower’s celebrated location in the heart of Miami’s Financial District and attract the most discerning of buyers.
In tandem with its renowned Italian hospitality, Cipriani Residences Miami features a premium amenity collection. Residents and the guests of the 397 homes will enjoy exclusive access to a private Cipriani restaurant, catering services as well as around-the-clock, in-residence dining by Cipriani. LOFTY is a 44-story waterfront luxury condominium high-rise under development on the Miami River in the heart of Miami’s financial district. The most elevated offering in Newgard’s flexible ownership concept, LOFTY is already one of the Miami condo market’s most successfully sold buildings. This new collaboration with YUPIX promises to take interest in LOFTY to even greater heights.
Through the partnership, a representative from Cervera Real Estate – the exclusive sales and marketing partner for LOFTY – will be on-site at YUPIX’s Wynwood facility to guide real estate agents and prospective buyers through the surreal multisensory experience.
“The term gamechanger is overused, but YUPIX is truly changing the game when it comes to preconstruction sales,” said Cervera Real Estate Managing Partner Alicia Cervera Lamadrid. “Buyers are increasingly more discerning when considering where to purchase in Miami. Having the ability to take someone inside a luxury building long before its completion is a major competitive advantage for a project like LOFTY.”
YUPIX’s disruptive technology gives participants a palpable feeling of walking through LOFTY’s penthouses and luxurious amenity areas, while taking in the building’s incredible views from different vantage points.
“We always strive to push boundaries and redefine what is possible through our developments,” said Newgard Development Group CEO Harvey Hernandez. “Partnering with YUPIX accomplishes that and showcases LOFTY in a new and innovative way. The LOFTY team cannot wait to welcome our buyers to the LOFTY metaverse.”

Each residence will be delivered fully finished and furnished and, with professional management, will permit short-term rentals.
The tower will feature the first-ever NFT art collection designed for condo owners, integrating digital art into the DNA of the new residential building, while transferring ownership of a custom NFT to each unit owner at closing.

Tibor and Sheila Hollo have celebrated the opening of the coveted 35,500 square foot park that so many urban Miamians have grown to love and enjoy with their families. Located at 1814 Brickell Avenue, the heavily landscaped park includes enhanced playground equipment, shade structures, beautiful views, decorative fencing, modern lighting, meditation benches, and a dog park. The park also features a memorial created from one of the last remaining steel beams unearthed from the ruins of the World Trade Center.
A ceremony took place on Monday, May 1st at 11 a.m., including the Hollo family, friends, and team members. Dignitaries from the City of Miami and Miami-Dade County officially honored Tibor and Sheila Hollo as another example of the vast amount of time and resources that they have invested in the redevelopment of the Brickell corridor. Representative Carlos Gimenez recognized Mr. and Mrs. Hollo with a key to the city and a proclamation, stating that May 1st is now “Tibor and Sheila Hollo Day” in Brickell.
“We love the vibrant Brickell area and the hustle-bustle of its live-work-play environment, but there is always room for a restful, quiet greenspace for the public to enjoy,” said Sheila Hollo, philanthropist, community leader, mother, and grandmother.
In 2014, the Tibor and Sheila Hollo Charitable Foundation donated the funds necessary to acquire the land and pay for park improvements. Former City of Miami Commissioner Marc Sarnoff pushed to get the park redesigned and constructed for the Brickell community at the time.
The Hollo family, founders of Florida East Coast Realty (FECR), were early visionaries of the redevelopment of Brickell, Downtown Miami, and the Omni District. Founded over 60 years ago by Tibor Hollo, Florida East Coast Realty (FECR) has built more than 60 million square feet of construction, consisting of landmark residential and commercial high-rises, single-family homes, government buildings, marinas, high-end retail centers, warehouse complexes, and telecommunications centers. The company has developed, owned, and managed a wide array of properties, with sustained growth in multiple real estate sectors. With new ideas and ambitious projects on the drawing board, the Hollo family and the entire FECR team are eager and ready to continue innovating, pushing boundaries, and reshaping the Miami skyline for many years to come.
Terra has secured $183.75 million from Monroe Capital to refinance the 96,000-square-foot Offices at THE WELL Bay Harbor Islands, which is more than 90% leased.
