According to Paul Fischman, Principal of Choeff Levy Fischman, the home is very unique and the only home built with a Tropical Modern aesthetic in the neighborhood. The indoor-outdoor living offers beautiful views of the sunset and the neighboring nature preserve. The home is two-stories and 10,313 sq.ft. that features seven bedrooms and sits on a 2.69-acre lot. The home also has a full dining room, living room, game room complete with bar and pool table, a theater and Savant smart home automation.
