December 12, 2022

The St. Regis Residences, Sunny Isles Beach, Miami, a duo of standalone towers situated along 435 linear feet of pristine beach, has revealed an exclusive first look into an oceanfront sales gallery amid immense sales success. Also unveiled at an exclusive invite-only event for industry insiders was the sculpture “Our Nucleus” by internationally acclaimed artist Lorenzo Quinn, exclusively commissioned for the future residences.

Developed by Fortune International Group and Château Group, and managed by St. Regis Hotels and Resorts, these luxurious residences offer exceptional service in a breathtaking, oceanfront setting. The towers, designed by the visionary architecture firm Arquitectonica, paired with interiors by celebrated São Paulo-based designer Patricia Anastassiadis and landscape design by EDSA, offer an elevated lifestyle in one of South Florida’s most coveted locations. The South Tower, first to be completed, will feature 175 residences.

“South Florida luxury real estate remains at the top of everyone’s wish list. The St. Regis Residences, Sunny Isles Beach was conceived and developed to not only accommodate this desire, but to create an unparalleled lifestyle in one of the most rare oceanfront addresses in Florida,” said Edgardo Defortuna, President and CEO of Fortune International Group. “We are thrilled with the sales success we have seen to date, as the location, design, amenities, and lifestyle have resonated immensely with our buyers.”

“The St. Regis brand is rooted in superior service and The St. Regis Residences, Sunny Isles Beach will execute this lifestyle effortlessly, with every detail carefully considered,” said Manuel Grosskopf, CEO of Château Group. “With infinite 360-degree views, this extraordinary oceanfront site is stunning from entrance to pinnacle. With a dramatic two-story lobby entrance to extensive amenities including a jaw-dropping infinity pool, the magic of the St. Regis brand is evident throughout the property. The sales gallery was designed to perfectly capture the views and atmosphere of the future residences.”

The Residences offer an array of luxurious residences, as well as Sky Villas and Penthouses, all featuring stunning unobstructed ocean, city, and Intracoastal views. Accessed through private elevators leading to an entry foyer, residences comprise two, three, four, and five bedrooms ranging from 2,000 to 5,600 square feet with spacious floor plans and ceiling heights clearing ten feet. Sky Villas and Penthouses encompass entire floors, ranging from 6,600 to over 10,000 square feet, with ceiling heights clearing twelve feet and sizable, private terraces with private pools that lend themselves perfectly to seamless outdoor/indoor living. Owners will also have access to extensive amenity offerings totaling over 70,000 square feet with 24/7 unparalleled St. Regis service to accommodate every need.

The sales gallery of The St. Regis Residences, Sunny Isles Beach, Miami features a recently unveiled sculpture by Italian artist Lorenzo Quinn. Quinn is a contemporary figurative sculptor, best known for his large-scale pieces and expressive recreation of human hands. His previous works have been exhibited in iconic international destinations, including the Giza Pyramids in Egypt and over the canals in Venice, Italy. This larger-than-life piece, titled “Our Nucleus”, is sculpted in his signature style in stainless steel and rises over nineteen feet tall. The piece is viewable at the entrance to the sales gallery before it is permanently installed within The Residences.

Sunny Isles Beach is one of the most coveted residential locations in South Florida. Flanked by the Atlantic Ocean on the East and the Intracoastal Waterway on the West, Sunny Isles Beach provides both the peaceful atmosphere of a resort while also offering the cultural vibrancy of city living. The Residences are in close proximity to Miami Beach, Bal Harbour Shops, Aventura Mall, and the Miami Design District.
