The menu at Lafayette Steakhouse is curated by esteemed French Chef, Kylian Goussot, whose pedigree includes Michelin-starred restaurants and five-star hotels. Drawing inspiration from ingredient-driven cuisine, Chef Goussot presents a selection of premium meats, fresh seafood, and intricately flavored dishes, expertly prepared over a wood charcoal Josper oven.
