On display during the ceremony were three Pagani Hypercars — the Huayra BC, Huayra Coupé, and Utopia Coupé — underscoring the craftsmanship, performance, and design excellence that inspire Pagani Residences.
The groundbreaking brought together key project stakeholders led by Mikael Hamaoui, founder and CEO of Riviera Horizons, whose vision brought Pagani Residences to life in collaboration with Horacio Pagani and Pagani Arte. Hamaoui was joined by Horacio Pagani, Edgardo Defortuna, president and CEO of Fortune International Group, Brenda Basso, chief executive officer of Pagani Arte, Nicola Volpi, chairman of Pagani Automobili, Christopher Pagani, marketing director of Pagani Automobili, and Brett David, CEO of Prestige Imports and Pagani of Miami, alongside local leadership including North Bay Village Mayor Rachel Streitfeld. Their presence reflected the highly collaborative and deeply personal nature of the project, further underscoring Pagani Residences’ significance within Miami’s evolving ultra-luxury landscape.
Developed by Riviera Horizons in collaboration with Horacio Pagani and Pagani Arte, the 30-story boutique tower will feature 70 all-corner residences designed to maximize natural light, privacy, and sweeping views of Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. Expansive terraces extend the living experience outdoors, reinforcing the project’s connection to its waterfront setting.

Attendees came out in record numbers to hear from Brett David, John Temerian, Gil Dezer and Avery Andon as they discussed collecting hypercars.
On January 25, PROFILEmiami and Prestige Imports hosted the sold-out PROFILE Collector’s Club: Evolution of Hypercars event at the Prestige Imports flagship dealership featuring some of the most well-known names in South Florida’s car industry. With an expanding program of restorations, Gunther Werks recently unveiled the company’s new 750-hp Touring Turbo Edition Coupe restoration program based on the Porsche 993-generation classic. The new Gunther Werks Touring Turbo Edition Coupe restoration program features a 4.0-liter twin turbo flat-six engine with a six-speed manual transmission and impressive performance alongside an iconic ducktail rear spoiler inspired by iconic cars from the 70’s. Weighing in at a lightweight 2650 lbs., the new Gunther Werks restoration features extensive carbon fiber bodywork almost entirely throughout the high-performance vehicle.
In addition to the recently unveiled new Touring Edition Turbo Coupe restoration program, Gunther Werks has several other modern restorations available as limited editions including the company’s Turbo, Coupe, and Speedster program offerings. Vehicles remastered and restored with these Gunther Werks package offerings will be available for viewing at the company’s new Miami showroom location, where clients may commission their chosen Gunther Werks remaster and restoration package.
