Leading developer Related Group (Related), in partnership with legendary Italian design house Pininfarina, today celebrated the groundbreaking for Andare Residences Design by Pininfarina (Andare). Following strong deal momentum, including the record-breaking sale of its first penthouse, Andare is now over 50% sold.
Featuring a collection of 163 bespoke residences, the 46-story tower will be the tallest residential structure in Broward County, rising over 540 feet into the Fort Lauderdale skyline. Its newly unveiled “crown jewel” — a $16 million marquee penthouse — will also be the highest residence in Broward County. The residence spans over 6,000 square feet and features a wine room, private theater and uninterrupted, panoramic views of Fort Lauderdale.
“Breaking ground on Andare is an important milestone for both Related and Fort Lauderdale,” said Nick Pérez, President of Related’s Condominium Division. “We’ve spent years getting to know this market and contributing to its transformation, but it's been 20 years since a property of this caliber has risen above Las Olas. With Andare, we’re proud to be writing Downtown’s next chapter, offering an elevated living experience in the heart of the city. This is truly an unparalleled opportunity for luxury buyers to anchor themselves where the best of leisure, culture and commerce converge.”
With over 90 years of experience developing visionary design and timeless beauty, Pininfarina is best known for creating some of the most iconic sports cars and luxury automobiles in history, including classic models from Ferrari, Maserati, Rolls-Royce and many others. At Andare, Pininfarina has translated their expertise and impeccable taste to life in Las Olas, working closely with CFE Architects and Architectural Alliance Landscaping to create a cohesive design inspired by the area’s timeless energy and maritime roots. Andare is instantly recognizable by its distinctive façade, characterized by undulating wraparound balconies, which lend it a flowing, wave-like appearance.
Building upon its globally renowned design legacy, Pininfarina has carved a reputation as one of the leading studios for branded residences worldwide. The studio combines Italian sensibility with local relevance, crafting spaces that prioritize human experience, innovation and elegance. With a multidisciplinary team of architects, industrial designers and mobility experts, the firm brings a holistic approach to the built environment — merging architecture, interior and experience design into a unified expression of place and purpose.
At Andare, this multidimensional design philosophy manifests in a tower that is not only visually striking but also deeply intentional — blending lifestyle, art and technology to create a residential icon for the next generation of Fort Lauderdale living. The thoughtful approach to design is reflected in each of Andare’s residences, which range in size from 1,800 to over 4,300 square feet. Marrying estate and condo lifestyles, the residences feature open-concept living areas; floor-to-ceiling windows; gourmet kitchens with Italian cabinetry and Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances; sprawling spa-inspired bathrooms adorned with floor-to-ceiling tile, frameless glass showers, deep soaking tubs and Hansgrohe plumbing fixtures; the latest smart home technologies and more. Designed to promote indoor-outdoor living, oversized wraparound balconies extend each home’s footprint and overlook Fort Lauderdale’s majestic waterways and the Atlantic Ocean.
“At Pininfarina, we believe that elegance and performance together create timeless style. With Andare, we bring that philosophy to life on Las Olas — crafting a vertical narrative of flowing lines, luminous space and elevated well-being,” said Samuele Sordi, Chief Architect Officer at Pininfarina of America. “This tower is more than a residence: it’s an emotional journey shaped by beauty, community and purpose. We are proud to mark this milestone with Related Group, redefining the Fort Lauderdale skyline with a new icon of coastal sophistication.”
Residents of Andare will have access to over 35,000 square feet of amenities celebrating every facet of urban life. The 10th floor is home to a wide range of offerings that prioritize health and wellness, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, a pickleball court and a wellness spa with dedicated salt, sauna, steam and massage rooms, and hot and cold plunge pools. Live, work and play take center stage on Andare’s 11th floor, which includes a private dining room with a catering kitchen; a Sports Lounge with gaming tables; an Executive Lounge with private conference rooms and a designated resident’s Club Lounge with a Central Bar that provides enchanting ocean views. When residents step outside, they will be met with a true urban oasis: a rooftop resort featuring an outdoor kitchen, a swimming pool, private cabanas, an expansive sun deck, a hot tub and food and beverage services.
Situated just two miles from Las Olas Beach, Andare will offer residents the best of coastal and metropolitan living, providing unobstructed coastal vistas and seamless connectivity to the city’s urban core. ABH Developer Group, led by Alexis Bogomolni and Valentín Martínez Carbonell, from Maca Group, continues to shape Bay Harbor’s luxury real estate market with the near sellout of Aire Residences and the unveiling of its next development: Aire Residences Boutique.
ABH Developer Group, led by Alexis Bogomolni and Valentín Martínez Carbonell, from Maca Group, continues to shape Bay Harbor’s luxury real estate market with the near sellout of Aire Residences and the unveiling of its next development: Aire Residences Boutique.
Aire Residences, a waterfront project in the heart of Bay Harbor Islands, is nearing completion. All residences have sold out—except for one final full-floor unit, a 6,431-square-foot residence including a private 3,000-square-foot terrace and a 32-foot split marina dock. The last remaining home offers one of the most exclusive living opportunities in the area, with direct canal access and unmatched privacy.
“Everything has unfolded exactly as we envisioned from the beginning,” said the development team at ABH. “It’s the kind of market response that fuels our ambition to keep building and innovating.”
As demand surges for low-density, design-forward properties, developers across South Florida are shifting toward boutique-scale projects tailored to post-pandemic preferences for privacy, space, and location.
Building on the momentum of Aire Residences, ABH Developer Group is proud to announce the launch of its newest project: Aire Residences Boutique. What makes the Aire brand consistent is its ability to deliver exceptional luxury and exclusivity—without the excessive monthly costs typically associated with high-end developments, a core focus of Valentín Martínez Carbonell’s vision for smarter, more sustainable luxury living. Both Aire Residences and Aire Residences Boutique are just a short walk from the world-renowned Bal Harbour Shops, placing residents steps away from luxury retail, fine dining, and vibrant cultural experiences.
Located at 9950 East Bay Harbor Drive, just a few blocks inland from the waterfront, the project introduces a more intimate collection of only eight luxury residences, featuring three- and four-bedroom layouts starting at 1,400 square feet, with prices beginning at $1.8 million.
With 60% of units already under contract, the project has generated early traction well ahead of its scheduled groundbreaking in nine months.
“Luxury buyers in South Florida aren’t just chasing penthouses—they want homes that offer the feel of a private residence in the sky,” said Valentín Martínez Carbonell.
Though situated on a non-waterfront parcel, the site offers close proximity to top schools, dining, and walkable neighborhood amenities—making it a compelling option for buyers who prioritize location and lifestyle over volume.
In addition to its work in Bay Harbor, ABH Developer Group is the largest stakeholder in Wynwood Norte, with over 1,500 residential units in the development pipeline, signaling a long-term investment in reshaping Miami’s evolving urban core.
Across every development under the Aire brand, ABH continues to deliver its signature blend of refined design, smart layouts, and efficient building operations—providing buyers with luxury living without the inflated maintenance fees often seen in high-end condominiums. With the launch of Aire Residences Boutique, ABH reaffirms its commitment to setting a new standard for modern, elegant living in South Florida’s most sought-after neighborhoods.
ABH Developer Group is a South Florida-based real estate development firm known for its focus on boutique-scale luxury projects. With notable holdings across Bay Harbor and Wynwood Norte, ABH combines visionary design with deep market insight to deliver properties that balance exclusivity, livability, and long-term value.

Prosper Group and Forte Development have unveiled plans for an ambitious 80-story mixed-use tower designed by ODP Architects at 1040 South Miami Avenue. This striking development, set to rise 945 feet above the skyline, will blend residential, hotel, and retail spaces into a dynamic urban hub. The proposal, submitted under the Miami-Dade County Rapid Transit Zone (RTZ) program, aims to create a vibrant space in close proximity to the Brickell Metromover station, enhancing accessibility for residents and visitors alike. The site was previously slated for a Virgin Hotel project and covers 0.6 acres.
Designed by ODP Architects, the tower will feature 250 condominium units and 48 condo-hotel properties, alongside 100 hotel rooms and 322 parking spaces. Complementing the living spaces will be approximately 1,900 square feet of restaurant space, catering to both residents and patrons of the bustling Brickell area. The developers have integrated a range of modern amenities into the building's plans, such as on-demand IV infusions, cold plunge pools, red light therapy, and infrared saunas.
Prosper Group, headed by Jay Roberts, and Forte Development, led by Marius Fortelni, are collaborating under the entity name 1040 S Miami Development LLC. In a statement regarding the project, the developers emphasized their commitment to enhancing the local environment, noting that the tower's mixed-use concept supports the "live, work, and play" ethos that defines Brickell.
By leveraging the advantages provided by the RTZ framework, the developers are able to sidestep traditional City of Miami zoning regulations, allowing for a streamlined approval process. Although detailed construction timelines are still under wraps, the project marks a significant step forward for urban development in the rapidly evolving Brickell area.

Hollywood Moon, a boutique residential offering by next-generation real estate development firm Unilog Group, is poised to redefine oceanfront living in the heart of Hollywood Beach. Introducing a limited collection of 48 thoughtfully crafted residences ranging from one- to three-bedrooms, Hollywood Moon delivers an elevated blend of design, serenity, and modern coastal sophistication across two sculptural towers overlooking both the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway.
Developed by Unilog Group and brought to life in collaboration with Adache Group Architects, interior designer Carla Guilhem, and sales and marketing firm Powered by DMT, Hollywood Moon is a highly curated project that speaks to a new generation of buyers. Thoughtfully designed to reflect the rhythm of the tides, the project blends timeless architecture, immersive living, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow.
“This project is the physical manifestation of everything we believe in at Unilog,” said Patrick Giannini of Unilog Group. “Hollywood Moon embodies our people-first approach. It is shaped from the inside out with collaboration, purpose, and soul. It’s a space where thoughtful design meets real human connection where you can feel the magic from the moment you arrive.”
The residences range from approximately 1,100 to 2,250 square feet and feature expansive wraparound balconies, Italian-crafted kitchens with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, spa-inspired bathrooms, and floor-to-ceiling windows that maximize natural light and views. Pricing starts at $1.1 million.
“This project is all about the glass – the floor-to-ceiling windows and doors blur the boundaries between indoors and out, offering unobstructed views of the water and lush surroundings,” said Daniel Adache, CEO, Adache Group Architects. “The glass doesn’t just frame the landscape – it reflects it. Inspired by the colors of the ocean and rooted in a tropical modern design language, we used a mix of glass and warm woods to create a contemporary, nature-infused retreat that feels both elevated and organic.”
The development includes over 20,000 square feet of curated amenities, including an infinity-edge oceanfront pool, wellness spa with steam, sauna and salon, an elevated fitness center with panoramic views, and an open-air Moon Lounge for golden-hour cocktails under the stars. A private clubhouse and business center with a chef’s kitchen, a private dining space, and work areas equipped with conference capabilities offer residents a place to both relax and connect.
“We drew inspiration from the natural beauty of the site—particularly the sunrise, sunset, and the ever-present water,” said Carla Guilhem, Founder of Carla Guilhem Interior Design. “Our goal was to create a sense of balance by bringing the outside in—reflecting the surrounding light and colors through natural materials, textures, and tones that make the interior feel as organic and serene as the landscape itself.”
Perfectly positioned between Miami Beach, Fort Lauderdale, and Sunny Isles, Hollywood Moon offers the privacy of a true retreat with the convenience of a central location. The limited collection of residences creates a sense of exclusivity designed for those who prioritize intentional living, elevated design, and a lifestyle rooted in both tranquility and connection.
“Hollywood Moon checks every box for today’s discerning buyers—location, lifestyle, and limited inventory,” said Alyssa Soto, Co-Founder of Powered by DMT. “Opportunities with this level of design and access to both the ocean and Intracoastal are incredibly rare. We anticipate strong interest from both local and international buyers who recognize the long-term value of a property like this.”
Set to break ground in Q4 2025, with an expected completion in Q4 2027, Hollywood Moon ushers in a new era of people-first luxury, rooted in collaboration and crafted to elevate everyday living through thoughtful design, intuitive amenities, and a deep connection to place.

“Sushi Garage is an extension of the vibrant lifestyle we envisioned not only for The Standard Residences, but for the entire Midtown community,” said Carlos Rosso, founder and CEO of Rosso Development. “Juvia Group has a proven track record of creating dynamic culinary destinations. Their beloved South Beach brand and recent success in Coconut Grove will carry into this project, complete with vibrant outdoor seating and an indoor-outdoor bar designed to celebrate Midtown’s energetic sidewalk culture.”
Sushi Garage’s happy hour has been a defining feature of Miami’s dining culture, and its approachable yet refined experience keeps locals and visitors returning. The menu is a tribute to high-quality, sustainable ingredients, expertly crafted with innovative culinary techniques. Offering a laid-back atmosphere, it’s a go-to destination for those who appreciate a creative twist on sushi.
“Sushi Garage has always been about community, and Midtown’s energy is the perfect match,” said Jonas Millán. “This new location marks the next evolution of the brand—and we’re proud to be part of the neighborhood’s continued growth.”
The new design is by Manuel Clavel Rojo, founder and principal of Clavel Arquitectos, an internationally recognized architecture and design firm based in Murcia, Spain. "Designing the new restaurant in Midtown was about capturing the soul of the brand—playful, local, and elevated—while crafting a space that seamlessly blends innovation with emotional resonance and feels inherently connected to Miami’s vibrant energy.”
Located at 3100 N.E. 1st Ave, between The Design District and Wynwood, The Standard Residences, Midtown Miami blends culture, community and style with world-class design, amenities and service. As the first branded residences within the portfolio, the 228 residences span from studios to two-bedroom layouts, all designed with The Standard’s distinctive touch for flexible living. Additionally, owners will be able to lease their units for terms as short as one month. The project is nearly sold out and completed - with expected completion slated for Q3 2025. Sales and marketing is exclusively managed by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing.
A lush rooftop is home to a 60-foot, resort-style sunset pool in tandem with a signature rooftop restaurant and bar reminiscent of the bold aesthetic The Standard pioneered from LA to New York to London. Wellness offerings include a state-of-the-art sweat room and fitness center, an infrared sauna, an indoor pickleball court, and yoga and stretch studios. A karaoke bar and screening room, as well as fully equipped co-working spaces, Zoom rooms and a private boardroom underscore spontaneous socialization. A dedicated Standard concierge will be available to assist owners and direct community programming.
