Allen Morris Co., one of the most renowned real estate firms in the Southeast U.S., has officially broke ground on Ponce Park, its highly anticipated mixed-use development in the heart of Coral Gables.
Located at 3000 Ponce de Leon Blvd., this groundbreaking marks the beginning of a project set to become a timeless landmark in the City Beautiful. Honoring Coral Gables’ Mediterranean roots through contemporary design, Ponce Park will redefine boutique luxury living in the city.
The milestone was commemorated at the Ponce Park Sales Gallery with two special events, beginning with an intimate morning ceremony where guests were welcomed with mimosas, coffee and hors d'oeuvres.
W.A. Spencer Morris, President of Allen Morris Co., W. Allen Morris, Chairman and CEO, Daniel de la Vega, President of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty and Javier Bellon, Sales Director at Ponce Park, all spoke to the vision and dedication behind the nearly five-year project.
“We’ve always believed that great projects should elevate the people and communities they touch, and that philosophy guided every decision behind Ponce Park,” said W.A. Spencer Morris, President of Allen Morris Co. “Our hope is that future residents feel not just impressed by their experience at Ponce Park but genuinely inspired by the place they’ll call home.”
The celebration continued into the evening as city officials and top brokers from Coral Gables, Coconut Grove and Key Biscayne returned for a cocktail reception. With a curated wine selection by Mattheu Yamoum, COO and co-owner of Maison Mura, alongside appetizers from Michelin-star chef Sebas Vargas, live jazz and specialty cannoli for dessert, guests enjoyed the atmosphere while previewing the development.
Coral Gables Mayor Vince Lago and Vice Mayor Rhonda Anderson shared their excitement for the project’s transformative impact and praised Spencer Morris’ leadership and commitment to the city throughout the development process.
“Ponce Park is redefining luxury living in Coral Gables, and today’s groundbreaking showed the immense confidence in both the project and the Gables luxury market,” said Daniel de la Vega, President of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. “This is a rare opportunity for buyers seeking the highest level of design and sophistication in one of the nation’s most coveted neighborhoods.”
Ponce Park is envisioned as a sanctuary where boutique luxury meets the vibrant lifestyle of Coral Gables. The development offers 58 bespoke two- to five-bedroom residences, ranging from 1,900 to more than 6,500 square feet.
Designed by John Cunningham of Zyscovich Architects with interiors by the internationally acclaimed Meyer Davis, each home in the 11-story tower will feature 11- to 12-foot ceilings, private elevators, Italian-crafted kitchens, expansive terraces with summer kitchens and interiors that blend modern refinement with classic European-inspired details.
Located at 3000 Ponce de Leon Blvd., at the intersection of Ponce de Leon Blvd. and University Drive, residents will enjoy access to a suite of amenities including a rooftop pool, sky bar, artisanal cafe, spa and serene meditation courtyard, fitness studio and a private rooftop lounge offering panoramic views of the Southeast Gables.
At ground level, the building will introduce 25,000 square feet of curated retail anchored by a world-class restaurant, all just steps from The Plaza Coral Gables and Miracle Mile. As part of its commitment to the surrounding community, Allen Morris Co. will work in collaboration with the City of Coral Gables to perform $11 million dollars in improvements to the adjacent Ponce Circle Park, strengthening the public realm for the broader community.
Construction on Ponce Park is now officially underway, with completion anticipated in early 2028. Sales are being exclusively handled by ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, with residences starting at $3.1 million.

Ugo Colombo's CMC Group Completes Vita at Grove Isle in Coconut Grove
Renowned Miami developer Ugo Colombo’s CMC Group has officially delivered its most sophisticated development to date, Vita at Grove Isle, marking the pinnacle of the firm’s three-decade commitment to elevating Miami’s luxury residential landscape.
Renowned Miami developer Ugo Colombo’s CMC Group has officially delivered its most sophisticated development to date, Vita at Grove Isle, marking the pinnacle of the firm’s three-decade commitment to elevating Miami’s luxury residential landscape. The 7-story boutique condominium features 65 ultra-luxury residences and is located on the exclusive 20-acre private island of Grove Isle, situated just offshore of Miami’s Coconut Grove enclave. Following the receipt of the building’s Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO), closings have now commenced as residents begin to take ownership of their units and prepare for move-ins.
Since its 2023 sales launch and groundbreaking, Vita has attracted a predominantly domestic buyer pool, including many local Miami residents relocating from large estate homes in nearby affluent neighborhoods. Drawn to Vita’s expansive, estate-like floor plans, these buyers value the ability to downsize without compromising space, while gaining the convenience, privacy, and lock-and-leave ease of luxury condominium living. As the only new luxury condominium delivering in Coconut Grove this year, Vita also offers the advantage of immediate occupancy for buyers eager to transition seamlessly into their new homes.
The majority of Vita’s residences have already been sold, leaving a limited selection of available inventory priced from $6.5 million, including a two-story penthouse with a private pool and rooftop terrace priced at $22 million.
“Vita at Grove Isle represents the culmination of years of careful planning, thoughtful design, and an unwavering attention to detail,” said Ugo Colombo, Founder of CMC Group. “Our goal was to deliver a level of quality, privacy, and craftsmanship that feels truly special, something worthy of this remarkable island. Seeing Vita come to life is incredibly meaningful, and I’m proud of what we have created.”
Every detail of Vita, from its layouts and smart-home systems to the fine marbles sourced directly from Italy, was personally overseen by Ugo Colombo, a Milan native with an unmatched eye for luxury. His involvement touched every corner of the project, from the building’s façade engineering to custom furnishings and advanced lighting and climate technologies, resulting in a seamless living experience defined by craftsmanship and enduring quality.
Vita’s completion marks the latest milestone in Ugo Colombo’s three-decade legacy of shaping Miami’s skyline. His commitment to timeless style, breathtaking luxury, and meticulous detail has been a constant in the sea of change defining Miami real estate. Since igniting the city’s luxury condominium boom with Bristol Tower and Santa Maria in the early 1990s, Colombo has continued to deliver a selective and curated portfolio of best-in-class developments including Porto Vita, Grovenor House, EPIC Hotel & Residences, Brickell Flatiron, and most recently Onda Residences in Bay Harbor Islands, all of which have retained their value and remain synonymous with elevated design and craftsmanship.
“Delivering Vita at Grove Isle is especially meaningful for us because we only take on one or two developments at a time, allowing us to pour our full attention into every detail,” said Christine Martínez de Castro, Chief Marketing and Sales Officer of CMC Group. “Under Ugo’s leadership, every element, from the caliber of materials to the integrity of the design, was thoughtfully considered to ensure Vita feels like a collection of private homes, a true waterfront retreat accessible only by a private bridge. It reflects the standard of quality and craftsmanship that has guided Ugo’s work for years and continues to set our developments apart.”
For the design of Vita, Colombo partnered with global architecture and design firm CallisonRTKL, local architecture firm S&E Architects, and Italian designers Carlo and Paolo Colombo of A++ Architecture to create one-of-a-kind interior and amenity spaces. Vita’s three elegantly curved buildings – Mare, Luce and Sole – are designed to showcase a single architectural structure mirroring the natural contours of the island, while maximizing panoramic views of the sparkling Biscayne Bay from every residence.
Resident amenities include a private bayfront pool, Pickel and Padel courts, poolside bar and lounge, a state-of-the-art fitness center and spa, and membership to the “Grove Isle Racquet and Yacht Club,” which features a Club pool with adjacent bar as well as night-lit tennis. Residents and their guests will also enjoy access to La Sponda, an elevated Italian dining concept from Gioia Hospitality Group, the team behind Miami’s acclaimed Daniel’s, opening in 2026 for lunch, dinner, and cocktails.
The level of planning that has gone into Vita’s architecture and amenities is matched only by the detail paid to the design of its residences. Units feature dedicated elevators with private foyers, contemporary Italian-designed open-concept kitchens equipped with concealed, top-of-the-line Miele appliances, and elegant bathrooms showcasing custom Italian cabinetry, European designer fixtures, hand-selected book-matched marble, and masterfully crafted Italian stonework. Additionally, each home offers at least 10-foot ceilings from finished floor to drop ceiling, pre-installed smart home automation for seamless control of lighting, climate, and air/water filtration systems, and high-performance soundproofing for unparalleled privacy and comfort.
Vita’s exclusive collection of 12 two-story penthouses elevates the experience further with private rooftop terraces offering full-size swimming pools and summer kitchens allowing for year-round outdoor dining, lounging and entertaining. Inside, each penthouse features drop ceilings and soaring 11-foot finished ceiling heights that enhance the home’s sense of volume and elegance.
Grove Isle is one of the most exclusive residential locations in Miami. Spanning 20 acres, the gated private island in Coconut Grove is just minutes away from mainland Miami via the scenic Grove Isle bridge. The secluded community is highly prized by residents as a peaceful haven with panoramic bay views, in close proximity to Miami’s best shopping, elite schools, chef-driven restaurants, world-class arts and culture, and destinations such as Brickell, Miami Beach and Coral Gables.
As Colombo celebrates the completion of Vita, CMC Group is already ushering in its next chapter with the recent groundbreaking of the Four Seasons Private Residences Coconut Grove, the firm’s newest ultra-luxury development in partnership with Fort Partners. Poised to become one of Miami’s most distinguished addresses, the project continues CMC’s tradition of delivering meticulously crafted, design-forward residences that elevate the city’s skyline and reinforce its position as a global luxury destination.

Knotel Launches U.S. Work Club at Wyncatcher in Miami’s Wynwood District
Knotel is expanding to Miami with the launch of its first U.S. Work Club at Wyncatcher, bringing a hospitality-driven, design-led workspace to the heart of Wynwood.
Knotel, a global provider of flexible and managed workspaces, is bringing its Work Club concept to the United States with the opening of Knotel at Wyncatcher in Miami’s Wynwood Arts District. The two-story, nearly 40,000-square-foot workspace is scheduled to open in December, marking Knotel’s first U.S. Work Club location following the success of its flagship Old Sessions House in London.
The new Miami outpost reflects the company’s broader strategy of blending flexible office space with hospitality, culture, and community-driven programming. Located in one of Miami’s most creative neighborhoods, Knotel at Wyncatcher is designed to function as a hub for entrepreneurs, innovators, creators, and growing brands operating within the city’s expanding hybrid work ecosystem.
“Experience-led environments have become essential for companies navigating growth, talent attraction, and new ways of working,” said Catherine Le Druillenec, Managing Director at Knotel. She cited Miami’s rapidly expanding business community and international connectivity as key factors behind the company’s decision to launch the concept locally.
Knotel at Wyncatcher will feature a mix of private office suites, shared workspaces, and collaborative lounges, alongside hospitality-driven amenities more commonly associated with lifestyle destinations than traditional offices. Plans include a rooftop terrace, curated cultural programming, and an on-site restaurant and bar concept by Cotidiano Group, a hospitality company based in Guadalajara, Mexico, known for culturally driven dining experiences.
According to Samantha Phillips, Vice President of North American Operations at Knotel, the Work Club model is intended to support both focused work and large-scale social or professional gatherings. “From flexible work to intimate cultural moments and large-scale activations in a critical hub for international finance, trade, and culture, Knotel at Wyncatcher is positioned to serve companies and creators shaping Miami’s evolving economy,” Phillips said.
Design played a central role in shaping the project. Kim Kolkovich, Knotel’s Head of Design, said the goal was to create an environment that reflects Wynwood’s creative energy while remaining adaptable to different uses throughout the day. Art and culture will also be embedded into the experience. The workspace will feature a rotating art program showcasing both emerging and established artists, transforming the building into a living gallery that evolves with the community and seasonal programming. In addition to workspace and amenities, members will have access to concierge services, premium food and beverage offerings, and a curated calendar of events and brand activations aimed at fostering professional and social connections.
Knotel operates flexible and managed workspaces globally, providing workplace services that range from design and delivery to day-to-day operations and curated Work Clubs. The company is part of the Newmark platform. Newmark Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: NMRK) is a global commercial real estate services firm providing advisory, transaction, and management services across all property types. For the twelve months ended September 30, 2025, Newmark reported revenues exceeding $3.1 billion, with operations spanning approximately 170 offices worldwide.
Riviera Dining Group's MILA Miami Crowned The Highest-Grossing Independent Restaurant In America
MILA Miami – Riviera Dining Group’s (RDG) flagship destination which has come to represent the height of Miami Beach glamor — has been ranked number #1 on Restaurant Business’ Top 100 Independents 2025 as the highest-grossing independent restaurant in the United States.
MILA Miami – Riviera Dining Group’s (RDG) flagship destination which has come to represent the height of Miami Beach glamor — has been ranked number #1 on Restaurant Business’ Top 100 Independents 2025 as the highest-grossing independent restaurant in the United States.
In 2022, the restaurant ranked #5 — reflecting the prior year’s sales and marking its first full year in business — and held that position again in 2023. In the 2024 ranking, it rose to #2, generating $49,088,032 in sales. For the 2025 list, MILA has now achieved the top spot with $51,115,747 in sales, a resounding testament to the visionary entrepreneurship behind the concept’s ever-growing prestige. This distinction places MILA in the company of top-ranking establishments like Pastis in New York City, Le Diplomate in Washington D.C., and Joe’s Stone Crab in Miami.
Riviera Dining Group’s founding endeavor, MILA debuted in 2020 and has since established itself as an international benchmark for experiential hospitality; one that blends fine dining, design, art, and emotion. This refined rooftop restaurant, rooted in a “MediterrAsian” culinary philosophy, not only thrived in the face of a global pandemic. It evolved into a dynamic, multi-venue destination. In addition to the MediterrAsian restaurant, MILA houses three distinct concepts: the 10-seat MILA Omakase, one of the most luxurious sushi counters in Miami; MILA Lounge, a coveted nightlife space redefining Miami’s after-dinner culture; and MILA MM, a members-only destination that has since expanded to four total locations across RDG’s portfolio.
2024 was a milestone year for MILA, marking the elevation of its menus and the expansion of its Learning & Development Department, designed to groom current and future leaders across all levels of the organization. “Miami is an incredibly competitive market, but MILA stands out because we offer something holistic,” said Gregory Galy, Founder & CEO of Riviera Dining Group. “It’s not just about food; it’s the full sensory journey: the design, the music, the service rhythm, the brand aura. We are proof that creativity and discipline can coexist beautifully.”
The innovative combination of fine dining, exclusive nightlife, and genuine hospitality has become RDG’s signature, and propelled the company’s remarkable trajectory over the last half-decade. One of the key rising stars of the contemporary U.S. restaurant landscape, RDG will continue expanding beyond Miami, into New York, Las Vegas, and Dubai. The empire’s brands include CASA NEOS, AVA MEDITERRAEGEAN, and CLAUDIE; and the forthcoming CASA NEOS MM Lounge.
“We are deeply honored to see MILA recognized as the #1 Independent Restaurant in the United States,” said Galy. “This distinction is more than a ranking. It is truly the culmination of years of vision, discipline, and collective passion across our organization. From the kitchen to the floor, from our reservation and sales teams to our marketing department, every detail, gesture, and moment of care has contributed to this milestone.” Among those essential team members are Chef Michaël Michaelidis, a veteran of the kitchens of Alain Ducasse and Joël Robuchon, who leads MILA’s culinary program; and designers Olya Volkova and Lazaro Rosa-Violan, who drew inspiration from nature’s elegance and the Wabi-Sabi philosophy to create a multi-sensory environment where culinary artistry meets sophisticated social energy.
Reflecting on MILA’s future, Galy added, “Our ambition has always been to elevate hospitality into an art form: where cuisine, design, and emotion converge to create something truly timeless, while always putting the guest experience at the forefront; because it is a community of guests and extraordinary members that brings MILA to life. Their support touches us deeply and reinforces our mission: to craft experiences that move people, awaken the senses, and redefine the boundaries of modern dining.” “This recognition belongs as much to our team as to the vibrant community of guests who have made MILA part of their lives.”
Terra, One Thousand Group and Major Food Group Reveal $55 Million, 15,000 SF Three-Story Penthouse At Villa Miami in Edgewater
Marking one of the most ambitious residences ever brought to market in the city, Villa Miami unveils a 15,000-square-foot, three-story estate in the sky. Conceptualized by acclaimed interior designer Vicky Charles of Charles & Co., the waterfront triplex crowns the top of the 56-story tower.
Villa Miami is under construction, on track for delivery late 2027.
Developed by Terra (David Martin), One Thousand Group (Kevin Venger, Louis Birdman, Michael Konig), and Major Food Group (Jeff Zalaznick, Mario Carbone, Rich Torrisi, Alex Pirez), Villa Miami fuses bold architecture with five-star hospitality in a highly curated, low-density setting of just 70 residences. The 650-foot-tall waterfront condominium is set to become a new architectural landmark on Biscayne Bay, featuring a rooftop helipad and a distinctive copper-colored exoskeleton designed by ODP Architects.
“This triplex design represents the caliber of residences the new Miami market is craving,” said David Martin, CEO of Terra. “Vicky Charles is behind some of the world’s most elegant private estates, and she brings a level of sophistication rarely seen in Miami. Her design for this residence is worldly, timeless, and unlike anything else in the city. This residence delivers the scale and privacy of a single-family home across three floors in the sky.”
Charles drew inspiration from mid-century Italian villas and Biscayne Bay. An AD100 designer with a client roster that includes the Beckhams, the Clooneys, Ashton Kutcher, and Mila Kunis, Charles brings a signature sense of warmth and depth to Villa, her first-ever Miami condo tower project. Upon entry, a sculptural spiral staircase makes a dramatic statement, complemented by diamond-patterned stone, ambient lighting, and hand-applied plaster walls.
“Every aspect of this project is deeply personal to us,” said Charles. “We approached every detail through the lens of luxury, incorporating distinctive marbles, custom patterns, and highly curated amenity offerings.”
Priced at $55 million, the fully finished and furnished three-story residence designed by Vicky Charles spans 12,752 interior square feet and 2,069 square feet of exterior space, including a 185-square-foot private entry foyer. It features five bedrooms, five bathrooms, two powder rooms, and four private terraces, along with estate-scale amenities: two full kitchens, a private pool, gym, sauna, steam room, massage room, office, staff quarters, private elevator, and two laundry rooms, all elevated high above Biscayne Bay.
The first level includes the dramatic spiral staircase framed by two-story bay views, the primary suite, two secondary bedrooms, a dual-vanity marble bath, office, family room, two terraces, and a walk-in closet connected to a laundry room. A corner study with a built-in bar and a rec room with a copper-detailed marble bar complete the floor.
Dedicated to entertaining, the second floor unveils a chef’s kitchen flowing into the great room, formal dining space, and waterfront terrace. A hidden butler’s kitchen, wine cellar, and staff quarters enhance functionality.
The top level is a full-service wellness and leisure deck featuring a bayfront infinity pool, gym, sauna, steam and massage room, lounge, billiards room, bar, and two covered outdoor areas.
“This residence embodies the pinnacle of luxury entertainment,” added Charles. “It’s a defining feature that sets this space apart as truly one-of-a-kind.”
“This triplex really reflects where Miami’s market is today,” said Kevin Venger of One Thousand Group. “Buyers are looking for ultra-luxury homes with space, privacy, and a true sense of lifestyle—and that’s exactly what we’ve created here. Vicky’s design brings it all together beautifully, making this a one-of-a-kind residence that speaks to how people want to live in Miami now.”
Villa Miami has attracted strong interest from both domestic and international buyers, with residents hailing from the Northeast, California, Canada, Latin America, and Europe. The building appeals to a high net worth demographic that includes professional athletes, CEOs, and top executives in finance and tech, reflecting South Florida’s evolving buyer profile. Miami has become a go-to destination for billionaires, tech moguls, and finance executives, fueling a wave of record-breaking real estate deals and establishing the city as home to some of the country’s wealthiest individuals, including Jeff Bezos and Ken Griffin.
The tower also marks the first branded residential tower by Major Food Group, the acclaimed team behind CARBONE, ZZ’s Club, and Dirty French. The group has curated every aspect of the resident experience, from interiors to culinary programming. At the heart of the tower is The Copper Club, a three-level private amenity suite with private dining, lounges, screening room, salon, wellness facilities, and a rooftop helipad. On the ground floor, a waterfront restaurant by Major Food Group will offer residents VIP access and priority seating.
Terra and One Thousand Group have come together as partners for the first time to present Villa Miami. Led by David Martin, Terra recently delivered Five Park Miami Beach and Mr. C Residences Coconut Grove, and has previously completed residential developments including the Renzo Piano-designed Eighty Seven Park, the Rem Koolhaas/OMA-designed Park Grove, and the Bjarke Ingels-designed Grove at Grand Bay towers. One Thousand Group’s portfolio includes the Zaha Hadid-designed One Thousand Museum tower, Ten Museum Park, and Regalia on the Ocean.

Fortune International Group and Château Group, developers of The St. Regis Residences, Sunny Isles Beach, Miami, announced today that they have secured a $418.3 million construction loan package. Bank OZK was the lender. The total package ranks among the largest ever for Sunny Isles Beach real estate.
The latest financing for the under-construction, two-tower oceanfront development comes on the heels of significant sales activity and international buzz. The Residences’ South Tower is now 90% sold, while at the adjacent North Tower – the community’s second and final building – the volume of contracts continues to underscore sustained buyer demand.
“We are pleased to confirm that The St. Regis Residences, Sunny Isles Beach, Miami closed its construction loan with Bank OZK, which was the existing lender on the property for a number of years, completing the capital stack of the project,” said Edgardo Defortuna, CEO of Fortune International Group. “Securing this loan confirms the strong confidence lenders have in our vision.”
“This loan reflects the pace-setting sales and sustained demand for this project and South Florida’s evolving luxury market,” said Manuel Grosskopf, CEO of Château Group. “Our project has firmly established itself as one of the region’s most desirable new developments. We look forward to delivering its completion and welcoming our owners.”
Featuring an unprecedented 435 linear feet of oceanfront – the most of any residential enclave currently rising in the region – The St. Regis Residences, Sunny Isles Beach, Miami was designed by the acclaimed architectural firm Arquitectonica, with construction overseen by industry authority Coastal Construction.
The South Tower, with 170 residences, is on track for completion in late 2028. The North Tower, comprising 150 residences, will break ground next year. The total sell-out for both towers is projected to exceed $3 billion.
Remaining residences start at $5 million. The on-site, oceanside sales gallery is located at 18801 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach.

Josh Flagg Lists Reimagined Mediterranean Villa on Miami Beach's Exclusive North Bay Road For $10 Million With Jordan Karp LLC
Flagg Family Capital, in partnership with Carolwood LP, has officially listed its newly rebuilt Mediterranean villa on North Bay Road for $10 million with Jordan Karp LLC, marking one of the most compelling non-waterfront offerings to hit Miami Beach this season.
Flagg Family Capital, in partnership with Carolwood LP, has officially listed its newly rebuilt Mediterranean villa on North Bay Road for $10 million with Jordan Karp LLC, marking one of the most compelling non-waterfront offerings to hit Miami Beach this season. The home, developed by Josh Flagg who has starred on Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, and redesigned by BuiltIN Studio / Gary Eisner, sits directly across from David and Victoria Beckham’s $72.5 million bayfront compound—placing it in one of the corridor’s most exclusive pockets.
The 4,000-square-foot residence is positioned on a lush 10,000-square-foot lot with a gated entry and resort-style grounds. Inside, vaulted ceilings, new custom wood flooring, bespoke millwork, and a restored limestone fireplace create a warm modern Mediterranean aesthetic. The kitchen features white oak cabinetry, SubZero appliances, and Waterworks fixtures, while the bathrooms showcase travertine accents and custom detailing throughout. A detached pool house functions as a private wellness retreat with a sauna, cold plunge, outdoor shower, and powder room.
Flagg has been clear that the timing of the listing aligns with shifting political sentiment in New York, which he says accelerated his decision to bring the home to market through broker Jordan Karp of Jordan Karp LLC.
“The minute New York elected Mandahmi, I called my broker Jordan Karp,” Flagg says. “I didn’t even wait for the acceptance speech.” Since going live for $10 million, the listing has already generated immediate attention from local, domestic, and international buyers—mirroring a larger post-election migration pattern toward tax-friendly, lifestyle-driven markets like Miami and Palm Beach.
North Bay Road itself remains one of the country’s most prestigious residential streets, home to a roster of global entrepreneurs, investors, entertainers, and legacy families. With multiple recent trades above $70 million—and several pushing past the $100 million mark—the corridor has become synonymous with scarcity, exclusivity, and record-setting land values. Inventory is minimal, and any newly finished product tends to move quickly. Flagg and Carolwood LP's property, headed by Adam Rubin and Andrew Shanfeld, is located across the street from David Beckham's $72.5 million compound on Biscayne Bay.
Flagg describes the home as “essentially brand-new,” with every system, finish, and layout refined during the renovation. Though he maintains a significant real-estate footprint in both Los Angeles and New York, he views this Miami project as part of a broader strategy to position capital in markets with strong momentum. The ongoing influx of Northeastern wealth, alongside interest from London, California, and Europe, has only reinforced that conviction.
“But let me be clear, I love New York. It’s home half the month. I spend two weeks there and two weeks in L.A., and I still own plenty of real estate between Manhattan and Long Island. I’m not changing anything in New York, I’m just taking advantage of what’s happening in Miami. It’s called business.” Said Flagg.
With the listing now active with Jordan Karp LLC, the property adds another high-profile chapter to North Bay Road’s ongoing luxury surge. And while Flagg developed the residence as an investment rather than a personal residence, he hints that Miami remains firmly on his radar.
“Florida’s fine, it’s not going anywhere,” said Flagg. “Once the noise dies down, I’ll probably just buy everything back again. I invest where it’s the right place at the right time. The only things I’m emotionally attached to are Los Angeles, New York, and zoning laws… and Florida’s been on a waitlist for all three since the 1980s.”
