Nearly a century after Giuseppe Cipriani opened Harry’s Bar in Venice, The 1931 Collection pays tribute to the places where the family’s story began. Named for the year Harry’s Bar first welcomed guests, The San Marco and The Torcello occupy the tower’s highest floors, drawing on the rituals, elegance and hospitality that have defined the Cipriani name since 1931.
