On the heels of revealing the distinguished interiors by 1508 London, Cipriani Residences Miami, the brand’s first-ever ground-up residences in the nation, has officially opened its sales gallery in Brickell. This milestone will continue to showcase the effortless style, world-class service, and sense of history and tradition of the Cipriani brand and the strength of the vision conceived by the project’s developer, Mast Capital. Cipriani Residences Miami is reinventing luxury within the Brickell neighborhood, and its sales gallery experience demonstrates the sophisticated lifestyle that residents will enjoy.
“The demand for Cipriani Residences Miami has been overwhelming given the tower’s authentic interpretation of the brand and its central location in the heart of Miami’s Financial District,” said Camilo Miguel, Jr., CEO and Founder of Mast Capital. “The sales gallery is a glimpse into the exceptional service and refined design, with best-in-class finishes and materiality that awaits residents both within their homes and in the amenity spaces.”
Located at 1421 South Miami Avenue directly across from the property, the gallery represents a unique opportunity to understand firsthand the elevated concept being offered at Cipriani Residences Miami. Both buyers and brokers can preview the design elements at the tower, from the living areas’ thoughtful use of high-gloss walnut millwork to the lobby’s dazzling Murano chandeliers, capturing Cipriani’s Italian splendor and century of heritage.
The sales gallery introduces the world-renowned design firm 1508 London, which envisioned the space to embody the essence of the tower and provide a taste of what it would be like to live at Cipriani Residences Miami. Effortless living begins with Cipriani staff greeting guests with the sincere hospitality the brand is revered for. The space is softly backlit and complemented by black-and-white prints of fashion icons and Cipriani patrons alike. Excellent service will ensure every experience at the sales gallery is memorable and exemplary of what’s to come at Cipriani Residences Miami.
To kick off the grand opening, Cipriani Residences Miami’s sales gallery was the venue for a star-studded, red-carpet gala held by the Ibero-American Film Festival Miami. The guest list included celebrities and international dignitaries, such as Amelia Eloisa, Patricia Janiot, Paco Perez Valencia. Additionally, an exclusive brunch for the Miami-Dade chapter of the Ferrari Club of America brought over $20 million in Ferraris to South Miami Avenue. Guests gathered at the sales gallery to dine and celebrate the condo tower that will rise upon just across the street.
Within the grand lounge at the gallery, Taj Mahal flooring epitomizes the sophistication and elegance of Cipriani Residences Miami. The walls feature floor-to-ceiling high-gloss walnut millwork meticulously finished and assembled. A mixture of warm camel and cool blue color palettes honor the classic Cipriani aesthetic reminiscent of Italian yachts, with two six-foot Murano chandeliers overhead. The custom crystal Venetian fixtures are smaller replicas of the chandeliers that will hang proudly in the completed lobby.
Emulating the sleek, modern architecture of Cipriani Residences Miami by award-winning firm Arquitectonica is a nine-foot scale model of the building. With floor-to-ceiling glass and a curved cascading façade, the scale model offers context for the design and can be referenced as construction for the tower progresses directly outside the gallery.
A model kitchen and bathroom indicative of the finishes at the 397 residences complete the Cipriani Residences Miami experience. The open eat-in chef kitchen touts custom Italian cabinetry modeled after Cipriani’s renowned style, as well as top-of-the-line integrated Wolf Sub-Zero appliances. The primary bathroom presented at the sales gallery includes a grand, stand-alone bathtub with a dramatic solid marble backdrop. The shower and separate water closet feel spacious and luxurious opposite the elegant vanity, which features premium high-gloss walnut Italian cabinetry with stainless-steel trimmed drawers, complemented by an imported Calacatta marble countertop.
With fine attention to detail to ensure top quality, the tower will bring a wide array of unprecedented amenities and services to Miami. Residents have exclusive access to around-the-clock dining services by Cipriani, available in the private restaurant, in-home dining, and 24-hour catering services. Dining services extend to the elevated resort deck, where residents can enjoy a Bellini on the sun terrace or lounge in cabanas beside the swimming pools. Residents will have access to one of Brickell’s largest wellness centers spanning four levels, which is separate from a fully equipped state-of-the-art fitness center, as well as a holistic spa, ice plunge, and sauna. Residents wanting space for sporting and competition can visit the golf simulator, pickleball court and screening room for game day. Those who prefer a more serene lifestyle can venture to the library or salon for a treatment. Cipriani Residences Miami also offers the convenience of a private dog park, children’s playroom and à la carte services like plant care, away-from-home maintenance, pet grooming and walking, luxury house limousine transport within a three-mile radius, in-residence spa treatments, personal training and more.
Starting at $1.4 million, Cipriani Residences Miami offers one- to four-bedroom residences ranging from 1,123 to 3,495 square feet, with completion slated for 2026. Sales and marketing efforts for the project are handled exclusively by Fortune Development Sales.

JMH Development, a full-service development firm, has launched sales for Twenty-Nine Indian Creek, a landmark residential project redefining luxury living in one of Miami Beach’s most sought-after neighborhoods. “We always strive to create projects that enrich the neighborhoods in which we build,” said Jason Halpern, Principal of JMH Development. “The design, ingenuity and attention to detail that is being poured into every aspect of Twenty-Nine Indian Creek is exceptional. JMH Development will restore and relocate the structure to harmoniously integrate the past with the present, creating two sprawling townhomes within that will pay homage to the inherent design qualities of its former era.
“The building mirrors the duality of the architectural languages spoken on Indian Creek Drive and Collins Avenue, blending early 20th century style with modern influences,” said Sebastian Velez, Principal at Urban Robot Associates. “We envisioned a layered juxtaposition of traditional and modern that is responsive to Twenty-Nine Indian Creek’s incredible setting, and resulted in an urban refuge with enduring design qualities.”

“This is a truly distinctive project, there is nothing else like it in the area,” said Daniel de la Vega, president of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. “Twenty-Nine Indian Creek presents a rare opportunity to own a home of this caliber just steps from the beach, with the ideal combination of privacy and access.”
Residents of this intimate community will enjoy a palm-tree shaded pool deck inclusive of daybed lounge chairs and tanning areas, a summer kitchen with barbeque and dining area, and an outdoor shower, as well as direct access to a dedicated beach club. The building’s Art Deco-inspired, geometrical design is complemented by lush landscaping with terraced walls and cascading greenery, water features, and a natural color palette, creating an instant sense of serenity.
Situated in the Faena District, Twenty-Nine Indian Creek will be at the center of the city’s buzziest neighborhood, allowing residents to conveniently explore world-class dining, hospitality and cultural institutions including the Faena Hotel and Faena Forum, The Miami Beach Edition, the upcoming Aman Miami Beach and Bvlgari Hotel.
Set to break ground Spring 2023, with completion expected by Q1 2025, with prices ranging from $2.5 million to $10 million. Arte Surfside Officially Sells Out At Nearly $225 Million As Penthouse Leased By Ivanka Trump And Jared Kushner Sells For $17 Million
Arte Surfside, the ultra-luxury 12-story oceanfront luxury condominium at 8955 Collins Avenue, has officially sold-out for near-$225 million following the closing of Residence 201, its last remaining listing, for $17 million in as-is condition. The six bedroom home spanning 6,975 square feet of interior space and 1,488 of terrace space was designed by master Italian architect Antonio Citterio and sold unfurnished.
Arte Surfside, the ultra-luxury 12-story oceanfront luxury condominium at 8955 Collins Avenue, has officially sold-out for near-$225 million following the closing of Residence 201, its last remaining listing, for $17 million in as-is condition. The six bedroom home spanning 6,975 square feet of interior space and 1,488 of terrace space was designed by master Italian architect Antonio Citterio and sold unfurnished to a family, who were drawn to its water views and large living spaces featuring two kitchens, a dedicated oceanfront entertaining level, and a master suite overlooking the ocean. The residence was previously leased to Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner.
Arte was successful in attracting the most discerning luxury buyers in the world, with many hailing from the U.S. Northeast, and was recognized globally for setting impressive new sales records, including executing on a cryptocurrency penthouse transaction. At around $3,000 per square foot, Arte achieved the highest blended price per foot in addition to the highest average cost per unit that has closed to date in any new development recorded in Miami Dade County and arguably Florida. Furthermore, with almost $225 million in total sales, Arte holds the highest gross sale price for a new boutique development in Miami.
“Arte represents a new tier of ultra-luxury in Miami Beach,” said Alex Sapir, Chairman of Sapir Corp LTD, an Israel-and New York-based subsidiary, who, developed the project. “This development has redefined all expectations for oceanfront living and showed the market that unprecedented prices a square foot are possible. We have set a new standard with Arte, and I’m proud to have led such a tremendous project.”
“It’s thrilling to watch a project you conceptualize from the ground up become a record-breaker in so many categories,” said Giovanni Fasciano, co-developer of the project. “We envisioned the ultimate Miami Beach lifestyle with the perfect combination of only 16 residences, masterful architecture, all of the amenities and services of a five-star resort and a collection of blue-chip artwork that actually inspired the building’s name. Buyers gravitated toward this highly customized, personal approach, and they have now come to know us as developers that go far above and beyond what’s expected.”
Arte’s sales success is a result of the huge demand for large oceanfront residences in Miami Beach. The homes at Arte feature expansive indoor and outdoor spaces, with square footage starting at 3,126. The two largest residences, the Penthouse and Lower Penthouse, were both landmark deals for the market, with the Penthouse selling at $33 million, and the Lower Penthouse selling at $22.5 million setting a record price per square foot of $4,440. These two transactions serve as a benchmark for Surfside condominium sales today. The achievements also underscore the validity of the developers’ initial vision for Arte and prove the building’s aptitude to set multiple records in real estate.
“We are thrilled to have been part of this exciting project, that has brought world class design and architecture to Surfside,” said Howard M. Lorber, Executive Chairman of Douglas Elliman.
Reinforcing Arte’s desirability in the market was incredible architecture by Antonio Citterio, in collaboration with Kobi Karp Architecture and Interior Design. Nodding to the legacy of ancient landmarks such as the Colosseum, the building touts a memorable Roman travertine façade, broad expanses of sliding glass doors and a gridded bronze Schuco window system.
Owners of the 16 residences at Arte enjoy a lavish lifestyle with expansive interiors and a wide array of first-class amenities. The amenity package includes a 75’ indoor swimming pool, an outdoor swimming pool, a rooftop tennis court, state-of-the-art fitness center and yoga studio, sauna and steam room and a tranquil meditation pond. Additional facilities include a children’s playroom, residents’ lounge, catering kitchen for out-of-home entertaining and private temperature-controlled parking spaces.
Arte has become one of the most recognizable and celebrated residential projects in real estate. The building’s legacy has been cemented with its sellout and will only continue to strengthen and grow as buyers increasingly desire boutique oceanfront residences with a focus on privacy and exclusivity. Arte has laid the groundwork for developers Alex Sapir and Giovanni Fasciano to expand globally.
“Douglas Elliman had a true partner working alongside Alex Sapir, Giovanni Fasciano and the entire Arte team who understood the needs of the most discerning buyers and helped us to set a new bar for luxury in the Miami Beach and Surfside Markets,” said Jay Phillip Parker, CEO of Douglas Elliman Florida and President of Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, Florida. “We look forward to future collaborations.”
Sales at Arte were exclusively handled by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, with Miltiadis Kastanis and Dina Goldentayer representing the seller in the Residence 201 deal.

Dubbed “The Hamptons of Florida,” it boasts 22 miles of pristine coastline speckled with grand mansions that are home to seasonal dwellers, like Gloria Estefan and country singer Jake Owen. Further elevating the area’s cache and anticipated to break records is the new $60 million listing price of Villa Paradiso, a 21,000-square-foot, custom-designed beachfront estate which is now the most expensive Florida listing north of Palm Beach. Construction for Villa Paradiso is currently underway, with completion slated for 2024.
Developed by nationally recognized development-design firm Haute & Boss, known for its bespoke portfolio of “super estates,” Villa Paradiso is the most luxurious and unique home offering in the market. Situated at 2040 A1A, it sits on 2.5 sprawling acres of coastal tranquility with unobstructed views spanning from the Atlantic Ocean on the east, to the bay on the west. Behind the design is award-winning, contemporary firm Choeff Levy Fischman Architecture + Design, based in Miami and highly sought by global entrepreneurs, professional athletes, and Hollywood celebrities.
From the impressive gated entrance, the home crescendos to 25 feet in height above sea level at its closest point to the ocean. Built at the highest elevation allowed in Vero Beach, this unique attribute not only protects the striking estate, but enriches the surrounding vistas of water and landscape.
Four standalone structures embody the grounds, all connected by the grand, sloping driveway of more than 450 feet. The property features a 14,669-square-foot Main House at the highest elevation point directly on the waterfront, with eight bedrooms and 11 full baths; a Guest House with its own private pool; a fully equipped Spa, Wellness & Fitness Center; and a Security Office for the ultimate privacy.
“Villa Paradiso represents the pinnacle of luxury never before seen in Vero Beach, while striking a balance between its relaxed oceanfront setting and upscale lifestyle experience,” said Victor Hernandez, Principal of Haute & Boss. “We have hand-selected a world-class design team to ensure that every element of the property is impeccable, to exude modern coastal elegance that is truly unlike any other.”
Every interior detail of the awe-inspiring dwellings is meticulously crafted by ARRCC Interiors Group. Creating a sense of barefoot luxury and contemporary glamour, the surrounding beachscape serves as direct inspiration for the careful and subdued pallet of honed Silver Navona Travertine, hand-chiseled Yangtze stone, split-face limestone slabs, hand-burnished woods, smoked glass, tanned leather and rich materials used throughout.
Rising two stories, the Main House boasts a grand, double-height, glass-entry foyer that creates the perception of the home being an extension of the sea. The entrance is flanked by seven, 15-foot-high hand-carved Yangtze-stone waterfall walls and tranquil reflecting ponds. It opens to a stately great room distinguished by a 100-foot-long glass skylight running the length of the house, and soaring, full-height sliding glass doors and oversized windows facing the Atlantic Ocean. Split-faced limestone encases the room from floor to ceiling. Within the space is a wet bar and monumental, 1,400-bottle wine storage wall. Beyond it, 45 feet of sliding glass doors lead to an outdoor oasis spanning more than 2,900-square-feet that includes an outdoor living and dining room with fireplace, summer kitchen, bar and pizza oven, sun lounge and beachfront lounge with a fire pit.
The open Main Kitchen and oceanfront interior dining room present picturesque views and the perfect setting for celebratory moments. An enormous Breccia Capraia marble island is ideal for cooking and dining, with a separate built-in prep wall and serving center, and a full-height appliance wall with Gaggeneau appliances and naturally aged Bog wood-skinned cabinetry. A separate catering kitchen directly behind it nearly doubles the preparation area, cutlery storage, cleaning capacity, and refrigeration, apt for entertaining or a private chef. Located on the second floor is the convenience of a third, full kitchen that connects to a vast, west-facing outdoor Sunset Lounge.

A mile from the property’s coveted address is the walkable downtown thoroughfare of Ocean Drive, with popular restaurants, luxury retailers and businesses. Vero Beach is also home to many exclusive country clubs and championship golf courses, including The Moorings Yacht & Country Club, Orchid Island Beach & Golf Club, and John’s Island Club – rated one of the top golf courses in the U.S. Getting to the coastal town is easy via private plane or jet, with Vero Beach Regional Airport only a short drive away.

Stern Architects.
For decades the Shore Club hotel has been an iconic presence on Miami Beach, a three-acre playground in the sand known all over the world. Now the Shore Club’s exciting future as a centerpiece of South Beach for the next century takes a major step forward with the launch of the Shore Club Private Collection, 49 residences designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects including a new 200-foot-tall oceanfront tower from the legendary architect that is his nautical-inspired spin on the area’s iconic MiMo (Miami Modern) architecture. Residences at Shore Club Private Collection start at approximately $6 million and are exclusively marketed by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing.
The historic Shore Club was originally designed by Albert Anis and completed in 1949 along Miami Beach’s famed Collins Avenue. The Shore Club is being redeveloped by Witkoff and Monroe Capital, who are preserving and reinventing the property as a boutique 5-star resort by Auberge Resorts Collection known as Shore Club. Shore Club is designed by Bryan O’Sullivan Studio and will offer 75 suites.
The Shore Club Private Collection residences, serviced by Auberge but offering privacy and seclusion within the 5-star resort, offers resort style amenities including a pool and gardens exclusive to residents.
The Shore Club Private Collection is RAMSA’s first ever oceanfront project and first residential project on Miami Beach after the firm completed the Miami Beach Library in 2005. Like Stern’s history-making and record-breaking designs in New York at 15 Central Park West and 220 Central Park South, the residences are divided between a more boutique low-rise building with expansive floor-plans, and a connected views-focused tower.
At Shore Club, The Cromwell, an Art Deco building completed in 1939 that was later combined with the Shore Club’s campus, is being preserved and transformed into a glamorous yet discreet private entrance for residents that will also house four duplex residences on its upper floors. The 18-story rounded tower, inspired by the ocean’s waves and filled with nautical and yachting references, creates an iconic silhouette on the Miami Beach skyline and is composed of three staggered tiers that yield vast undulating terraces, with no two floor-plans exactly alike. RAMSA collaborated with Miami-based Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design on the project.
Interior spaces reference materials and shapes of classic yachts, including rich woods like mahogany and oak; nickel, brass accents, and other light metalwork; swooping walls and arched windows. Large glass walls framing the dramatic ocean views will blur the line between indoor and outdoor living, seamlessly opening from the large rooms to the oversize terraces.
Completely unique to the Shore Club Private Collection is one signature 6,000-square-foot single-family beach house, also newly constructed and designed by RAMSA. This extremely rare new beachfront house on the sands of Miami Beach will enjoy all the services and amenities of the Shore Club Private Collection and Auberge.
In addition to the discreet porte-cochere entrance and exclusive pool, residents also enjoy a private world-class fitness center, library, lounge, and other amenities. Auberge Resorts Collection’s one-of-a-kind reputation for intimate tailored service will also extend to the residences with numerous in-home offerings, as well as access to Auberge’s world-class spa, beach club and culinary experiences, including a signature restaurant, poolside café and bar with dedicated cabana service, double-height café and bar leading to an outdoor lounge, and more. Lush botanical gardens with native plantings designed by Island Planning Corporation knit together the two historic buildings and new elements into one cohesive resort, while dividing private amenities from those open to resort guests.
