Witkoff And Monroe Capital Acquire Cancelled Marriott Maquis Miami Worldcenter Site For $94 Million

The New York City-based real estate investment group Witkoff and the Chicago-based Monroe Capital have acquired the site of the now cancelled Marriott Marquis Miami Worldcenter from MDM Group for $94 million. The 4.7 acre site is located at 700 North Miami Ave.

Sabal Development, the Miami-based luxury residential developer, has sold a custom contemporary estate at 4040 Kiaora St. in Miami’s historic Coconut Grove neighborhood for $22.5 million. The residence was designed and built by the firm’s construction arm, Sabal Luxury Builder. Lourdes Alatriste served as the listing agent for the sale.

Constellation Group and Ironwood Venture Group have completed SeaGlass Cove, a 14-residence oceanfront community in Marathon, and the closing of an $8.46 million permanent loan from Centennial Bank. The financing replaces the project’s construction loan and marks SeaGlass Cove’s transition from development to a fully completed, move-in-ready residential community. With seven residences sold and seven remaining, the project is now 50% sold.
